PENTHOUSE: With a fantastic view from the top floor of the building, the apartment is right in front of Praia da Rocha in PortimĂŁo, Algarve. Situated in the Atlantic Building, the Penthouse has two double bedrooms one of them with access to a glass enclosed balcony overlooking the beach and river. The living and dining room is large with access to a panoramic balcony. The living room has plenty of natural light and features a cable TV and internet. The sofa sleeps two people. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, table for the whole family. It has fridge with 3 freezer drawers. With washing machine . The induction hob is quickly cooking your meals. Toaster and kettle to make breakfast easier. Microwave and oven. Air-fryer. Iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner. It has pots and pans etc. The view from the kitchen is from Monchique mountain range. Two bathrooms, one private in one of the bedrooms. The apartment includes a garage for one car, essential when facing the beach. Just get off at the elevator and it is right in front of the stairs to access Praia da Rocha. In the avenue many shops like restaurants, supermarkets and boxes of muiltibanco.

Unbelievable view!

Incredibly spacious property with not one, but two balconies/sunrooms to enjoy the incredible view! The master bedroom balcony has an amazing panoramic view of Praia da Rocha to Ferruguda and the mountains. I spent relaxing hours here each day! Two bedrooms, master has ensuite. Large fully stocked eat-in kitchen with separate dining room(we never used once) and dining on the balcony off the living area which we used as our main dining area. Master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with minisplit AC that works very well. I cannot think of a negative re this property except it can be a little loud on the weekend nights as this area has a lot of young people and many bars. Another bonus is it’s directly across from beach access and a full size supermarket Intermarche on the main floor of the building next door. Also easy walking distance to the promenade to Vau and the cliffs for walking/exploring

Excelente localização

O apartamento corresponde ao descrito no anĂșncio. A cozinha estĂĄ muito bem equipada (equipamentos modernos), mais atĂ© do que descrito no anĂșncio (tem forno, Airfryer, mĂĄquina cafĂ© compatĂ­vel nespresso). Tem uma vista incrĂ­vel e fica logo em frente as escadas de acesso para a praia. A garagem comum coberta foi um fator decissivo. HĂĄ um intermarchĂ© em spar a escassos metros do prĂ©dio. O apartamento Ă© quente( por ser Ășltimo andar) mais tem ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos. Embora localizado no 11 andar, mesmo assim ouve se algum ruĂ­do da rua, mas Ă© compreensĂ­vel uma vez que a praia da Rocha tem bastante animaçao noturna. A cama e as almofadas sĂŁo muito confortĂĄveis. As vezes vinha um cheiro Ă  esgoto mais intenso na casa de banho de serviço (deve ser da canalização do prĂ©dio) mas nada demais. Nos primeiros dias tivemos um barulho que foi difĂ­cil de identificar (um chiado) que incomodava a noite. verificou se que vinha do termo acumulador que estava fechado numa divisĂŁo perto da cozinha, Mas com a ajuda da Da Graça lĂĄ conseguimos descobrir a origem, e um tĂ©cnico veio resolver a avaria quase de imediato. A porta da casa de banho da suite nĂŁo Ă© muito fĂĄcil de fechar, pode ser melhorado. De resto a experiĂȘncia foi muito positiva e se eu tiver outra oportunidade voltarei.

We arrived at 4pm. Check in was 3pm. Cleaning lady still there and we had to leave and come back at 5:30pm. Air conditioner leaked water no mention of needing to empty it. Not enough hot water for 5 ppl to shower. Very loud in the main bedroom at night. Also needs an update very old looking. Overpriced for this stay.

Paradise Penthouse

We were two couples traveling together looking for a place with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. This fit the bill and included a million dollar view. It's an older place and comes with some issues that the owners promptly attended to. We drove to the Algarves and the apt included an underground parking spot! Grace and Alfredo were lovely and so helpful.

Communication with Grace was always fast and clear. She even helped communicate with Uber drivers to locate our lost phone which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is very large, well stocked and we enjoyed listening to the waves and watching boats from the sunrooms.

Lovely seaside apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The views to the sea and beach were incredible. We enjoyed the area and felt safe. Upon arrival there was a complication due to a previous big storm: Grace was there in minutes and solved the problem. Would highly recommend this beautiful spot and lovely hostess!

We spent a wonderful 9 days in Grace's apartment. The apartment is cozy and practically furnished, and the beautiful view from the two balconies is an additional plus point. Grace welcomed us personally and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this apartment.

14 wonderful days in Portimao

We found a beautiful, spacious and very well-equipped holiday apartment (penthouse). The two fully glazed balconies with sea views, one on the western and one on the eastern side of the building, invite you to have breakfast and a romantic end to the evening. Because one of the two is always in the shadow of the building, we were able to enjoy the view of the sea during breakfast and doze off on the other balcony in the afternoon between the beach and dinner. Just vacation. We enjoyed our time out and can only recommend the accommodation. The only point that was unpleasant is the following... We arrived in the evening and didn't see that the balcony windows facing the sea were dirty with salt, so we were very disappointed on our first morning when we had to look at the sea through the dirty windows. But that's whining at a high level. I cleaned the relevant windows and from then on it was great.
