Seafront apartment for vacation rental in Torre Lapillo, on the ground floor of a semi-detached house just a stone`s throw from the striking 16th-century tower, the most authentic nature and the sea.
The vacation home is complete with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer and TV. It offers up to 6 beds.

The apartment is part of the Alba Apartments vacation home complex.
The entrance is in an outdoor space shared with the apartment on the second floor. An equipped veranda for exclusive use, furnished with table and chairs, is ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with table and chairs, 2 single beds, sofa and TV. From the living room there is access to the kitchenette equipped with a sink, while the kitchenette is located in the adjacent laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, including 1 twin with single beds and 1 double. A shower room completes the house.

The vacation apartment in Torre Lapillo is located in a privileged position, right on the seafront and a few steps from the historic tower, symbol of the town of Porto Cesareo.
Torre Lapillo is famous for its beautiful beaches of golden sand and the sea with its shallow and crystal clear waters. The first such beaches are just 500 meters from the house.
All services are present in Torre Lapillo in summer, and also reachable by a nice walk.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 41 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- Air conditioning in the kitchen. Ceiling fan in the double room.
- Shared entrance with the first floor apartment.
- Water not drinkable.
