The apartment for rent is on the third floor of an apartment complex with
elevator. It consists of lovely and cozy bright rooms. It opens into a
living room with air conditioning, dining area and tv, double sofa bed, open kitchen and balcony.
The corridor with sofa bed divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and balcony and 1 full bathroom.

The
holiday home is in Porto Cesareo. Everything is at your fingertips and
within walking distance. The closest beach is 50 meters away. The
apartment is ideal if you travel without car, as you can easily arrive
on foot everywhere.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom.
