The seafront holiday home is in the area La Strea, south of Porto Cesareo, one of the most loved tourist destinations in Apulia. It`s modern, equipped with the main comforts, a beautiful terrace with view on the sea and an equipped solarium, Villa La Strea is ideal for up to 6 guests. 
Holiday home by the sea in Porto Cesareo
The holiday home is entirely fenced and framed by a large garden where it`s possible to park one car and the solarium area with beach beds. The house is on the first floor and it`s introduced by a terrace with outdoor sitting area where you can relax or have lunch or dinner cooked on the barbecue grill.

The house consists of a living room furnished with attention to details, with modern furniture, an open kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and microwave oven, dining area and sofa bed
for two. A corridor divides it from the sleeping area which consists of
two basic double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The house is
equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and alarm system.

The surroundings 
It is by the sea in La Strea area, protected marine area of Porto Cesareo. It`s south of Porto Cesareo, in a quiet area, 1,5 kilometers away from the city centre with its amenities, restaurants and pubs. Sant`Isidoro is less than 4 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner only in the corridor near bedrooms.
- The second bathroom is external.
