Located just a few meters from the beach of Torre Lapillo, Trilo Stella di Mare 1, is one of the 2 independent holiday home that forms the harmonious villa. It`s located on the first floor of the villa and is accessed through a external staircase. The rental holiday home is ideal to spend a holiday in Salento, in the area of Porto Cesareo. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 persons.

Trilo Stella di Mare 1 is located in a courtyard completely fenced. The holiday home on the first floor consists of a large living room with a double sofa bedand a dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms of which one double with an en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with bathroom/shower located along the hallway. There`s also a furnished veranda with a table and chairs to have lunch or dinner outside, plus a porch swing to relax. The trilo Stella di Mare 1 is equipped with air conditioning, Internet wi-fi, and mosquito nets. It doesn`t have an internal parking space but there`s the possibility to park the car outside on the street near the villa.

The holiday home Trilo Stella di Mare 1 is located on a side street of the coastal road the connects Torre Lapillo to Porto Cesareo. in a small villa, just 150 meters from the first bathing establishments and from the small alleys that lead to the free beach of Torre Lapillo. The center of the town is just 800 meters far and can be reached on foot. You can find all main services such as shops and bar but also gas stations, emergency medical Service, a church, ATM and a pharmacy. The center of Porto Cesareo is just 4 kilometers away. 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
