The Villino Tropical holiday house is introduced by an external
courtyard, where there is a table and chairs for
having lunch and dinner outdoors. There is also an outdoor shower which
is particularly useful when returning from the beaches.
The structure is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room equipped with an open kitchen and a single sofa bed, plus a service bathroom . From the stairs of the living room you go to the upper floor, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have balconies but only one has sea view.

Villino Tropical is 250 meters from the beautiful beach of Torre Chianca ,
one of the most famous beaches of Porto Cesareo. The holiday home is
located halfway between Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, both about 2 km
away. Porto Cesareo center can also be reached on foot with a walk
along the seafront.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 37 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
