We arrived in Porto by train, at the Tourist Information office @ the Train Station, she told us it's very easy to walk to the hotel. It would've been easy if we didn't have our luggage or as my husband was having back problem. Anyway, by the time we finally arrived at the hotel, we were exhausted. But the staff quickly checked us in, very efficient. The room seemed to be very pleasant.
If I had anything negative to say about the hotel, it would be you can't open the window fully, and they give you only a small box of Kleenex (probably consists of 3 pieces of Kleenex), although there're plenty of toilet paper.
All and all it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel location if you rather not be super downtown. The hotel is in good condition and provides the necessary services. I look for a good location, clean comfy bed, and some basic necessities. I was bummed it didn’t have an indoor gym.
