Nossa estadia foi tranquila, porém alguns pontos precisam de atenção. O acesso ao local é confuso, pois o endereço leva a uma rua sem saída, sendo necessário entrar em contato para obter a localização correta, e como chegamos a noite, pensamos que era golpe. No quarto, a TV não possui canais abertos, apenas streaming, e não tínhamos login inicialmente.Durante a estadia, percebemos falta de organização administrativa, com ausência de responsável presencial, sem recepção, check-in ou check-out. Após o café da manhã e a arrumação dos quartos, a pousada fica apenas com os hóspedes. Posteriormente foi contratado um segurança noturno, o que ajudou, mas ainda assim gera insegurança.Também sentimos falta de estacionamento; a rua é muito esburacada e, como estávamos com carro alugado, ficamos receosos. O local é tranquilo, porém a administração precisa ser melhor estruturada, pois, a pousada em sí e linda!

Hospedamos na suite master e o quarto é melhor do que nas fotos. são dois quartos interligados uma cama king no quarto principal com roupa de cama boas, uma banheiro grande, um closet e uma varanda. adoramos o charme e o conforto dos ar condicionados. fizemos apenas uma observação: falta de tela e um corre-mão na escada do quarto. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário João.

Local agradável. Falta identificar a entrada local

O Local não tem identificação e recepção aberta, não sabíamos se realmente tínhamos chegado, até pararmos em um mercado e nos conduziram até a entrada correta. O endereço do APP nos conduziu até uma lateral do imóvel, a qual não existia campainha, ou e nenhuma sinalização da entrada do imóvel.

Pousada linda e aconchegante, porém o atendimento prestado pela Mariana não foi adequado no momento de resolver um problema na reserva e também de permitir que fosse preparado uma comida na cozinha da pousada para meu filho que tem alergia alimentar com várias restrições, sei que existem regras , mas também existe empatia .
