Sinceramente nao me hospedaria lá de novo! Cozinha so funciona de manha, fui com uma crianca de 02 anos, pra fazer as mamadeiras so tinha o micro-ondas, bar da piscina fechado, sauna em reforma, espaço de jogos fechado. Alguns funcionarios sao educados, outros meu Deus paracia qie eram obrigados lhe passar uma informação, wi-fi dentro do quarto horrivel, tinha que ir para o saguão. Conversando com outros hospedes a reclamação geral! Agora a localização é excelente!

Hospedagem inesquecível, neste hotel nunca mais. Foto do quarto reservado não foi o entregue, me colocaram em um quarto encostado na rua de maior movimento, foi barulho da rua direto. Reclamei mas não quiseram mudar o meu quarto. No primeiro dia , após tomar café, muito fraco por sinal, subi ao quarto para me arrumar para ir a praia, quando para minha surpresa tinha uma arrumadeira dentro do quarto. Acho que o hotel deve se enquadrar ao hóspede e não o contrário. Os outros dias tive que ficar esperando de manhã para poder voltar ao quarto. Em um desses dias, enquanto estava esperando, o calor se fazia bastante forte, minha esposa passou mal pelo calor, pedi então autorização a recepção para mudar uma cadeira de vime para um local mais ventilado, mais ou menos uns 3 metros, porém não autorizaram. Não posso esquecer que este foi o único hotel que tive que assinar, logo no check in, um relatório com todas as regras do hotel e as penalidades e multas em caso de qualquer contratempo .

Gostaria de registrar minha satisfação com a estadia durante o período de Carnaval. O hotel ofereceu uma ótima estrutura e tornou os dias ainda mais especiais. Faço questão de agradecer especialmente à recepcionista pelo acolhimento, simpatia e atenção desde a chegada. Sua postura fez toda a diferença e transmitiu muito profissionalismo e cuidado. No entanto, deixo uma observação que considero importante. Em determinado momento, ao ser orientado sobre regras do hotel, fui chamado ao balcão da recepção pela gerente e recebi a advertência diante de outras pessoas. Compreendo plenamente a necessidade de cumprimento das normas, mas a abordagem pública me causou constrangimento. Acredito que esse tipo de orientação poderia ter sido feita de forma mais reservada.
