Situated on the iconic Piazzetta Martiri dell \'Olivetta, in a typical Ligurian building this beautifully presented third-floor apartment enjoys a wonderful view of the colourful harbour from both bedrooms and the living room.

The bright and airy living space enjoys a large picture window overlooking the Piazzetta and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs and a smart flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates the modern eat-in kitchen which is equipped with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a large dining table. Guests can also dine alfresco in the property’s pretty courtyard garden the ideal place to cool down with a few drinks at the end of a busy day.

The property is situated on the iconic Piazzetta Martiri dell \'Olivetta in the picturesque fishing village of Portofino on the Italian Riviera moments from the elegant waterfront restaurants and the colourful harbour (a 2-minute walk) which are the town’s focal point.

From the harbour, guests can charter a boat to explore the coastline, take one of the regular cruises or walk to panoramic viewpoints such as Castello Brown (a 7-minute walk). For nature lovers there are numerous hiking trails around the Portofino Regional Park (a 15-minute walk), guests can stop at Baia Cannone (a 5-minute walk) to admire the villas and swim in the cove. For those seeking relaxation, the beaches of Spiaggia dell\' Olivetta (a 10-minute walk, Paraggi (a 25-minute walk) or Santa Margherita Ligure (a 10-minute drive) provide idyllic spots for sunbathing and swimming.

The closest airport to Portofino is Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport (GOA) a 45-minute drive from the accommodation.

Fantastic location and view. Clean and cute place. No garbage bags for trash. Toilet issue reported on 1st day of stay. Never fixed during our stay. Could not use toilet.

We had a great time; local food was good. The three steep flights of stairs were a challenge, but we made it safely up and down. Note: Never did get the washer to spin clothes dry; no place to hang them. One hair dryer did not work.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The flat smells like mold and mildew because there is mold and mildew in the bathroom! To add to the horrendous bathroom, there are rusty nails along the bathtub trim. We left after one night and chose a place around the corner. Thank God it was available. We reached out to management and called numerous times without any response back, even after being told we would be contacted. This place shouldn't even allowed to be listed.

Terrible experience. 1. No real second bedroom. All bedroom pics you see from description is actually the only bedroom. The pic of other one is in living area with only enough space for a sofa bed and no WiFi signal. Pillows are dirty, overall cleanness is horrible.

Super location, worn-out apartment

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (European counting, 4th floor if the ground floor is the first floor) and [as described] reached via a steep flight of stairs. The view is nice and the layout appropriate.Negative: There were no instructions on any appliance. We struggled with the dishwasher. Flushing the toilet did not work in one of the bathrooms (but was fixed the next day). The spoons showed significant chalk deposits (not a serious problem but still ..). Paint was peeling in one of the bathrooms. Biggest complaint is the size of the (single) bed -- suitable only for persons up to 1.80m. If you stay only 2 or 3 nights (and go out to enjoy the many restaurants) these negatives won't bother you much. And you probably don't want to spend more time in Portofino anyhow.

Beautiful spot

Very comfortable apartment with a great view of the harbor. Close to the action. A lot of stairs, but not a problem as long as you don’t have a lot of luggage.

Apartment in 3rd floor with no elevator, so don’t take too many clothes, as the lifting of the suite case up the narrow stairs is a nightmare. Checking out at 10 am is not very convenient. Cleaning fees are astronomical.not good for staying few nights, better in a hotel when you add the added fees.
