The STELLA MARINA holiday apartment is located 450 meters from the sea within the Geomineral Park of Sardinia. It is located in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood in Portoscuso and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing seaside getaway, a vacation, or a period of remote working in touch with nature. It has a private entrance and can accommodate 4 people plus a child up to 6 years old. It is located in an airy, bright, and healthy basement, naturally cool in summer and warm in winter.
An inverter air conditioner is available for heating in winter and cooling in summer (optional use is free for responsible use; intensive use is subject to a €5 per day charge).

The 60 m² property comprises an open-plan living room with a sofa bed for two and a well-equipped kitchen; one bedroom with a double bed for two additional guests, a cot for a child up to 5-6 years old, a large wardrobe, and a dresser; and one bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a 43" Smart TV, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a toaster, a fan, a washing machine, a hydromassage shower, a desk and chair for working from home, a fire extinguisher, a wall-mounted emergency light, as well as books and toys for children. A crib and a high chair are also available. Dishes, linens, a kettle, a toaster, a 43" Smart TV, a hairdryer, a clothesline, a radio-CD player, and an outdoor shower are provided.

NO PETS.

FREE PARKING is available on the street, and motorcycles and bicycles can be parked in the internal courtyard upon request. Pets are not allowed. Loud noise is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing the neighborhood and public safety. Parties or gatherings are not permitted.
Free sheets and towels are provided, including two beach towels. It is prohibited to use beach towels inappropriately or in a manner that could cause irreversible staining (e.g., on surfaces containing tanning oils, for removing makeup, on various surfaces, for bodily fluids, etc.).

This property has a waste recycling policy. Further information is provided on site. A smoke and carbon monoxide detector is present, although there are no heaters or gas lines in the house. A first aid kit is available.
Upon request, guests can store their bicycles and motorcycles in an outdoor space adjacent to the house and within the property. Outdoor dining is possible in the furnished courtyard. By prior arrangement with the owner, a SMALL POOL, IDEAL FOR CHILDREN, with lounge chairs in the private garden is also available.
The host offers a TRANSFER to/from Elmas Airport, but this must be arranged directly with him.
English, Russian, and Italian lessons are available upon request, with a language degree.

Gym equipment (elliptical trainer, bench, free weights, yoga mats, ropes, Roman bench, etc.) is available in a separate room adjacent to the panoramic terrace (subject to availability and for an additional fee). Two bicycles are available for FREE for short trips within the Municipality of Portoscuso. For trips outside the Municipality, a fee of €5 per day per bicycle is charged.

No pets and no smoking (Smoking is permitted in the outdoor courtyard area, however).
Parties, gatherings, and loud noises are prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM and until 8:00 AM, and from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is from 10:00 AM. Different arrangements may be made based on availability and needs (check-in with a lockbox is also possible).

The apartment is not completely suitable for guests with severe mobility issues.
