On the terrace in front of the villa there is a lovely outdoor kitchen fully equipped for al fresco dining, and for your children there is a fun play area with a fun and solid tree house. Two of the property's parking spaces are covered. For wonderful days by the sea there are the beaches of Sirolo, Numana or Civitanova Marche, the latter is also known for its nightlife. Nature lovers can visit the majestic Monte Conero, the caves of Frasassi and the nature reserve Abbadia di Fiastra. Wonderful nature and cycling trails await you in the neighboring areas. The last part of the access road is not asphalted.
