Welcome to Pacific Beach Condo 11, your home away from home as you vacation in style in sunny, exciting Costa Rica. This one-bedroom condo makes it easy for a couple to travel and enjoy a fantastic ocean front getaway or a fabulous honeymoon in Playa Potrero. The condo has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a flat screen television for your viewing pleasure. From this cozy condo, you’ll enjoy the fabulous ocean views of the Catalina Islands, Flamingo Marina, and Potrero Bay, Watch the stunning sunsets while sitting on the ocean view balcony. A large, open concept kitchen with granite counters and dining area makes for a great dinner location, or you can choose to dine on the balcony. Situated directly on the beach, you can wake up to howler monkeys making their morning rounds, and walk to one of 6 beach restaurants serving local Costa Rican and International foods. A convenient local fruit market and groceries are within walking distance. Nearby, enjoy great live music and nightlife, yoga under the palapa to the sound of the ocean, massages on the beach, sport fishing, sunset cruises, and more. There is easy transportation to the condo from Liberia International Airport only one hour away, and local rental vehicles or golf carts can be delivered to the condo. Super Location !

We stayed 5 days and the beach at the front door and weather were outstanding ! The owner David was an amazing guest and answered all our questions before and during our trip. The condo is located 5 min away from the Costa Rica Sailing Centre and we fully enjoy the beach life and Pura Vida :) during our stay ! Thanks David !

We stayed at the pacific beach condo Nov 21 - 28,I won't forget when we walked through the door & looked through the front windows at the amazing 180 degree view on Portrero beach,breathtaking to say the least.The condo itself was beautiful inside,it looked like it was just renovated.The condo had all the amenities that were needed.The king size bed was so comfortable,the units air conditioning worked perfect..there werre lawn chairs to use,a cooler & lots of beach & pool towels.The pool was crystal clear & grounds were manicured.It was very quiet around the complex.David (the owner) was very good & was easy to contact.all worked well at the condo with no issues.There is a market & restaurants with in walking distance.I knew when when we arrived that I had made the right decision to stay here as I had spent about 8-9 hours on VRBO looking for a place to stay..stay here you won't regret it

Perfect apot in Guanacaste

First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations

This was the first time my husband and I have been to Costa Rica. Our goals for this trip were to relax, patronize the local restaurants and to experience local culture with no detailed itinerary. We had a few excursions in mind and decided Playa Potrero made the most sense for proximity of our activities along with lodging beachside. This condo looked ideal in pictures but exceeded our expectations once we arrived. The space was clean, comfortable (thankful for A/C) and stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable. A few of our favorite restaurants within a short walk were Nita’s Coffee, The Shack, La Forketta, The Beachhouse and Nasu. Our excursions of La Leona Waterfall, sloth tour, River Celeste and a cacao and coffee tour were less than 2 hours away. Our host provided a great transportation guide who also had a few local recommendations for a market, homemade empanadas and breweries. We visited Playa Flamingo for another beach day. The condo village was well maintained, clean, quiet and secure. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay with a great view

Overall, I had a great time for one night as a solo woman traveler with a little dog. We enjoyed the property, the pool and the peace. David was available to answer any concerns and I would book again.

Quiet, on the beach.

With a perfect view of lonely Potrero beach and bay from the 2nd story deck you’ll experience endless waves and active wildlife at your feet. Walk the two mile beach with several bars and restaurants accessible from the sand. We felt safe at all times and the natives are wonderfully friendly. We also visited several nearby beaches using Uber ride share with rides only minutes away. If you like less crowded and quiet, Potrero beach is for you.

Amazing place!

The only bad thing about this stay was the fact we had to go back home. Very clean and recently refreshed. Love the location. On the beach and close to restaurants and the market. Will definitely come back. The host was quick to respond when I reached out. He was very happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place.

This place has it all!

Beautiful, clean condo with everything you need for your stay. Right on the beach and close to activities and nearby towns. Host was great and helpful and left information about many nearby restaurants, etc. Gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

We really liked this cool place – super clean, had everything for cooking. The bed was like a dream. The host gave us towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for the beach – super handy. Instead of cooking, we walked 10 minutes along the beach to The Beach Bar and Restaurant for the best meals in Costa Rica. There's also an awesome breakfast spot just across the street with healthy choices, yummy croissants, and great Costa Rican coffee. Can't ask for more. Totally recommend this place if you're exploring Guanacaste in Costa Rica!

A wonderful getaway

The property is well appointed and the hosts were easy to communicate over whatsapp when we had any questions. This is a nice quiet community on a peaceful low traffic beach. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars but do recommend that you rent a car when staying here as it expands your options to explore quite a bit. There are many beautiful secluded beaches nearby if that is your thing or if you want to experience a more vibrant nightlife a short drive to Tamarindo will put you in a busy party zone. This property was so quiet and wonderful to relax at the end of the day and just sit on the balcony and stare at the water. Would definitely stay here again.

No Wants, No Needs

Everything you want or need is in this Vrbo. Very clean with a great view. The beach sand is very dark, almost back and so are the surrounding beaches. The only two complaints I have about the Vrbo itself is that, 1. There should be a number somewhere in case of an emergency, 2. We stayed last time in Jaco and the owner of the Vrbo welcome us and brief us on places to go, good tour to go on, and what to expect, etc. We never saw the owner or manager of this Vrbo. Overall this is a very good place to stay if you want to lay back and relax. About the town of Potrero, there's very little life in Potrero. Tamarindo is the place to go. Shops, restaurants, and major tour agencies. The best restaurant near by this Vrbo is Patagonia about five minutes away. In Tamarindo you can try Falafel for Greek food.

Amazing beachfront property

This one bedroom condo situated right one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rico was a diamond in the rough. Clean, beautiful, spectacular view was furnished with everything we needed, including water toys. The owner was so kind and generous quickly responding to all of our questions and needs. Look no farther, book this place and enjoy Costa Rica!

Nice quiet area

Great views and apartment

Great little place to see the sunset, cook dinner and have a good sleep! Nice and quiet and great cool air conditioning at night. We stayed for 3 nights and explored the local beaches with ease. Felt very safe as tourists. Great fruit stand close by and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely beach towels and beach umbrella provided by host. Due to deep bay- there were very few waves which made swimming easy. The water was sandy- again due to the bay. Im not a personal fan of microfibre sheets- but- that is my own issue 😀 as ive noticed rentals across the globe now have these sheets.

Fun in Costa Rica

First I want to emphasize that they would have received a solid 5 star rating except that the photos online that show the condo are not current (at least at the time of this posting). There have been changes and those changes are not in the pics. However, the place is GREAT! We had ZERO issues with the property nor the owner. It is a very comfortable place. We would stay again. It is as the pics show, right on the beach. Just a short walk through the yard. And this beach was not heavily used. We walked it every morning. Totally worth the stay.

Beautiful, peaceful location

Beautiful, peaceful location equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen appeared fully stocked for all needs; but, we never cooked. The beach was quiet and within walking distance to a few stores, restaurants and Flamingo Beach, too. We felt very safe and our Host was very friendly and accommodating.
