House Built For Groups - 4 Suites, 8 Beds, 5 TV's!

Our home was designed and built specifically for groups. The wide open floor-plan allows everyone to be together and socialize. Relax on the sofa, play pool, or enjoy the view with your favorite beverage! The location is very private, right outside the golf course entrance gate, but only 2 miles from shops and restaurants. Amenities include 4 Master Suites (8 queen beds), 4.5 Baths, HUGE "Great Room", Pool Table, 5 HDTV's and Concierge Services. The views from our screened porch are spectacular! Our 2 Oster Golf Houses are side by side with a putting green between them, and have a total of 16 queen beds. The Nicklaus pricing is based on 8 guests, but we allow up to 12. Each additional guest is $125 plus tax, per night. (Note: the fireplace is inoperable)

Wonderful Location and Home

Couldn’t have asked for a better home to enjoy time with family in the area for a family wedding. The views are exceptional. The screened porch was so relaxing. We squeezed in some fabulous golf in between wedding and family activities. Memorable get away for our family!

We have a group of golfers that travel to different locations, twice a year. This year we chose RTJ Prattville. Probably the best accommodations we have had in 20 years (except Pebble Beach). Perfect location to the RTJ Capitol Hill courses. Driveway borders entrance gate to Capitol Hill. Three very different, unique and challenging courses. Everyone very pleased.
