The hotel was very dirty. Had a horrible odor In the room, no lock on the door so it made it unsafe …. very inconvenient because the room I originally booked is permanently closed and they sent me to this one. They’ve overcharged my card $600 left me traveling with no money. The staff was not helpful at all

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your room. As for the locks, there was locks on the doors and the guest were very safe, especially once you were in the room there was a bolt lock which made it so no one could enter. It was the key cards that we were having problems with. As for overcharging your card we have the statements that prove that we only charged you for the nights that you stayed. I do not know what you are referring to as a room being closed. You booked for a double room and you were put in a double room. My staff was available to help in any manner that they could to all of the guest. Again we are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay.

The staff was nice! They only had one key card machine. It broke so for four days I had to be escorted to and from my room. Corporate told the staff they were in no hurry to fix it and would send a replacement machine next week. The room for old and dirty and the couch in my upgraded suite had some huge fluid stain so I couldn’t use it. The vanity in the suite bathroom was too small for a single person’s toiletries

We are sorry we did not match up to your expectations. As for the key card machine, I do not know where you got that Corporate was in no hurry to fix it. We had to send it to a repair shop to be fixed. We received a newer one the next week. We have a new sign coming it just hasn't gotten here yet.

Do not recommend!

Broken window, toilet that wouldn’t flush, ants all over the room, cigarette burns on the bedding, mold on ceiling, key card machine was broken so someone from the front desk had to let everyone in their rooms.

Nice and quiet. Sheets clean. Mattress and pillow comfy. But… no key cards as the machine was broken. The bedspread had a hole and was dirty. There was mold on the ceiling. The outer window had a hole. There were wall patches that weren’t painted. The hair dryer didn’t turn on at all. Not worth the price.

Family visit

Overall a very nice stay. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and quiet. Wasn't too many guests in the hotel. Any questions we had were answered. Very friendly staff. The hotel could use some repairs etc. Paint peeling in places. Other than that, stay was quiet, clean and relaxing.

Only choice I had

The towels in the room had stains on them. The carpet was nasty. Only reason we didn’t leave is because it was just too far to drive home last night. I will never stay there again.
