The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen which is open plan onto a large dining area and rear facing TV lounge with smart TV. Front facing lounge with Smart TV, one downstairs bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath. On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and one more bedroom.
Parking is on street. No pets allowed.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
There is one parking space outside our property, please do not park in front of neighbouring properties or on the opposite side of the street, any additional vehicles must be parked on adjacent street where safe and legal to do so.
The log burner in the front lounge has not to be used.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area, please close the rear door to the garden at 11pm.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
