I usually stay at this hotel when im in Prince Albert and there are usually no issues. However, there were two considerable issues in my latest stay. 1.) Cleanliness: The bedding was stained and dirty, it was clear it wasn't washed and beds were re-done with dirty bedding. The carpet in my room, 230, was very stained and dirty. They need to clean the carpets with a machine or replace it. 2.) Noisy: The room beneath us kept us up late because of their loud music, talking and yelling. It was clear they were partying and the hotel staff did not enforce their quiet time policy. Follow-up: I informed the staff upon checkout about my complaints and they apolgolized. But for $215.00 these conditions were completely unacceptable.
