An excellent hotel experience--pleasant staff, clean and well-appointed property. A bit out of town for the time being, but the area around is being developed. It will be even better when restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Definitely recommended, and I will be back!!.

This is a new property and the lobby and rooms were fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager was present supervising and helping out. There were issues , however, with people dripping water from the pool down the hallway, into the lobby and the elevator. The staff frequently had to put up wet floor signs, but unfortunately the water everywhere did make the property look unkempt. I don’t know how this issue will be managed?

Our room we were assigned had not been cleaned although once discussed with the front desk staff it was quickly rectified. We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and it's always well maintained. One thing we were confused about was check in and check out times. Google says check-in at 4 checkout at 11. The sign in the front entrance of the hotel says check-in 3pm and checkout at 12 noon. Housekeeping stated 3pm check in and 11am check out. I hope they can make consistent signage and information correctly available. We had to scramble packing up after we arrived back to our room at 11:15am from the pool and told check out was actually 11am. The only other thing we like in a hotel is a bathroom fan, especially for moisture after a shower which this hotel does not have. We will continue to choose this hotel consistently on our trips to Prince Albert. We enjoy the king size beds, cleanliness, staff, pool and location.
