Welcome to the Lilac Lakehouse, an elegant and expansive retreat on the shores of Lake Ontario in Prince Edward County. This 4-bedroom lakehouse features private ensuites in every room, a chef’s kitchen, soaring ceilings, and curated decor that blends calm luxury with cozy charm.

Guests can gather in multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, from a panoramic loft to a 1,000 sq ft waterfront dock. Enjoy 2 private acres of gardens, decks, and open air with views of both sunrise and sunset. Whether you're here to reconnect, celebrate, or work in peace, this thoughtfully designed space invites you to unwind at your own pace.

> Top Floor: Private Suites + Lounge Loft

The top level offers four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite. Two king suites feature walk-in closets, stand-alone tubs, and private lake-facing balconies. The other two bedrooms each include two double beds, private ensuites with spa-style jetted showers, and plenty of space to unwind.

At the center is a panoramic lounge loft with a TV, coffee station, and cozy hangout area that overlooks the main floor. This level also has a balcony facing the peaceful farmer’s field across the road.

> Main Floor: Kitchen, Dining & Entertaining

The heart of the home. The main floor includes a spacious chef’s kitchen with a large island, quartz counters, and top-tier appliances—perfect for cooking together or hosting a private chef. A solid-wood dining table seats 12 comfortably.

The open-concept living room has a fireplace and large windows that frame the view of the water and gardens. Step out onto the 1,000+ sq ft deck for outdoor lounging, al fresco dining, or sunset watching. Also on this floor: a powder room, laundry/mudroom, and a walk-in coat closet.

> Lower Level: Games, Lounge & Bonus Kitchenette

Downstairs, you’ll find a relaxed lounge space with a media center, games table, and a kitchenette with fridge, sink, and microwave. There’s also a full bathroom on this level.

The lower level walks out to a tiled patio and the gardens, leading toward the lake and covered pergola with BBQ and pizza oven.

> Other things to note

The Lakehouse includes 4 paddleboards, with personal floatation devices. Please only use these if you are comfortable with the equipment, and in/around water. Paddle boards, or any water activities, are to be conducted at your own risk. Remember, safety first!
