NEW Professionally Designed 8 Bed Home (w. 2 Sandbanks Passes)

We invite you to stay in our professionally designed five-bedroom house in Picton, PEC. Near Main Street and a 15-minute drive to Sandbanks. This space has a private entrance, large backyard, fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, dining room, living room and laundry.

NOTE: this home allows for a maximum of 10 people above the age of 10 - 2 per bedroom.

Wake up and head to our favourite cafes in Picton, enjoy a walk to the Picton Harbour, go for a drink at a local brewery, or have dinner at one of the nearby restaurants on Main St. We’ll send a guide with our fav places.

The large open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, spices and light breakfast items (granola bars and oatmeal). We love to cook and have included knives from Kilne. Please feel free to cook up a storm, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment.

The living room hosts a flat-screen TV with Chromecast.

The five bedrooms have luxurious Helix Sleep mattresses.

Great property and location in downtown Picton.The only feedback I have is that a number of expected common items were not available and we had to follow up with the manager or buy things ourselves. (I.e. dishwasher pods, cooking oil, paper towels, etc.)

We visited PEC for our annual Christmas get together with our 3 girls and their families. There were 8 adults and 5 children. Sleeping accommodations worked out well as one of the children slept in a travel crib in his parent’s room. The place was lovely and clean. The hot tub was a big hit! Scott, our host, was second to none. He was always very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Thank you for hosting us at your property. Debbie

Pleasant Family Stay

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The home has quite a bit of room and the basement living room is a very cozy spot with space for the whole family to relax together. There are many restaurants and shops within a 15-20 minute walk and the house is nestled in a quiet, peaceful area. We especially loved the game room - the pool table is in great shape and the host had everything needed for a good game of pool. I recommend this place, we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Space in a Beautiful Place

Lovely home, beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Picton so very convenient. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and amenities great, kitchen well-stocked. Scott was great with communication, throughout the booking process and after we checked in, answering any questions we had quickly. Hope to come back soon!

Maison de vacances parfaite pour la famille

Ambiance très agréable et confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortable. Vraiment bien situé; on peut marcher pour aller au dépanneur! Quartier tranquille mais à proximité de la rue principale de Picton. Les matelas et literie de très très bonne qualité :)
