Year round home on scenic East Lake near the hamlet of Cherry Valley in beautiful Prince Edward County. Recently renovated, self contained, fully furnished rental unit, located on lower level of the house with a private entry. Enjoy all the amenities of home. Linens and towels provided, bbq, microwave, dishwasher, large screen satellite tv with dvd/vcr player. Enjoy amazing sunsets on the waterfront deck with campfire. Located 7 km from Sandbanks Provincial Park, summer vehicle pass included. Bring your fishing gear and enjoy great fishing on East lake, canoe and kayaks available. Excellent swimming off of the dock, Don't forget your watershoes and beach towels.

TrÚs beau séjour!

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© nos vacances chez Aggie! Le logement est grand, propre et tres bien situĂ©, autant pour aller Ă  la plage que pour les autres attraits de la region et l'accĂšs aux Ă©piceries et restaurants. Ce que nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© c'est l'accĂšs au lac pour la pĂȘche. Que dire des magnifiques couchers de soleil!Le seul petit defaut c'est qu'il fait un peu chaud dans le logement mais il faut dire que nous avons eu une tres belle semaine chaude et ensoleillĂ©e.

Magnifiques vacances!!!

J'ai sĂ©journĂ© une semaine Ă  cette maison, accompagnĂ©e de trois enfants (9, 11 et 12 ans). La maison est propre et trĂšs confortable !!! L'emplacement au bord de l'eau offre un "set-up" exceptionnel. PĂȘche directement sur le quai privĂ© (mon garçon a pĂ©chĂ© plus d'une dizaine de petits poissons), kayak et canot, admiration contemplative, feux en soirĂ©e, etc. C'est un emplacement qui fait rĂȘver et qui permet de vivre de beaux moments en famille. Aggie est trĂšs gentille et la communication est facile avec elle. Je recommande chaudement cet hĂ©bergement. C'est une valeur sĂ»re!

Belle propriété trÚs paisible trÚs prÚs du parc national de Sandbanks. Vue magnifique sur le lac.

Lovely stay in the sun

Aggie was a very helpful host, and the property was gorgeous. We spent time swimming off the dock, watching the sun set from the muskoka chairs, and sharing laughs by the fire. The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy, and the space was clean and well-located for county exploration. Thanks for a great vacation!

All our family (4 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant) really enjoyed our time at Aggie's place. We didn't notice on VRBO listing that the host was living right above us, but it turned out to be essential to know our way around and get some sheets to be cleaned (no washing machine available).. Amazing view!!

Birthday Celebration Getaway

Very spacious accommodation inside with access to outdoor comfort and waterfront. Views of East Lake are stunning as are the gardens on the property. The host is lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

Warm and welcoming

We were given a personal tour of the property at check in to make us feel comfortable and a good Understanding of the different aspects . The counter had fresh cut flowers and a local bottle of wine for our stay . Well lit and beautiful view of the water. The guest parking accommodates 3 cars . The beds were comfortable and nice pillows The one bedroom is water side and the second bedroom has two singles and a double . The open floor plan made it easy to cook and have guests for dinner . Overall our stay was great in the county . It was 37 min from Belleville and Picton was 12 min . I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area .

Awesome Week at Bella Vista Lake House

My family had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic cottage, waterfront, property and literally five minutes from the Sandbanks provincial park. Communication with Aggie was clear and she was an amazing host. Highly recommended for families with young kids.

everything we could have hoped and more :)

my friends and i spent a weekend at this cottage for some fun and relaxation. aggie was very welcoming and the place was very spacious, clean, and inviting. we were able to enjoy a nice barbecue dinner and campfire night. there was a great view of the lake and the location was in close proximity to many wineries and the beach. my friends and i had a great time here - we really couldn’t ask for anything more! thank you aggie for the amazing experience :)

Beautiful stay on the waterfront

4 of us went away for a girls weekend and had a lovely time at Aggie's place. It was even nicer than the photos suggest, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting by the waterfront and having a fire with a gorgeous sunset. We hope to come and stay again!

Oasis on the Lake

29JUL-01AUG 2022 This is exactly what we were looking for ...furthermore it exceeded our expectation! Not even sure what to start with as everything was PERFECT. Aggie and Steve are amazing hosts...not only proactive, reliable but kind, polite and very helpful. The property is amazing, no words to describe the beauty, serenity and last but not least manicured grounds ! Sunsets by the fire pit, along with a a good wine, great company and the stunning views have complemented our stay!
