Welcome to Emmalani Pool House

Escape to Emmalani Pool House, a beautifully upgraded 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat located in the heart of Princeville on Kauai’s stunning North Shore. Nestled in an exclusive former golf course neighborhood, this spacious island home offers breathtaking mountain views, tropical outdoor living, and all the comforts needed for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway.

With approximately 3,680 square feet of living space, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, including children and infants, making it ideal for large families or groups traveling together.

Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the home features a private swimming pool (approximately 4 feet deep), hot tub, outdoor shower, and covered lanai with a gas BBQ grill—perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. *Optional pool heating is available for $950 per week with 24-hour advance notice.

Inside, the spacious main living area welcomes guests with vaulted ceilings, tropical décor, a large plush sectional sofa, a desk working area, and an impressive 85” Smart TV.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, and Keurig, while the adjacent dining area provides the perfect gathering space for shared meals and family time.

The main level features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The expansive Primary Suite includes an Eastern King bed, sofa, Smart TV, spa-inspired en suite bathroom with double shower heads, soaking tub, and vanity area, along with direct access to the pool and tropical grounds. Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature Cal King and Eastern King beds, respectively, while Guest Bedroom 3 is a converted study with an Eastern King bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a window AC unit and Smart TV for added comfort.

Upstairs, the second-level large sleeping retreat offers a spacious and flexible layout with a Cal King bed, twin bunk beds, queen sofa sleeper, large flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower—perfect for kids, teens, or an additional family suite.

For beach days and outdoor adventures, guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a beach wagon, and a cooler. Princeville’s scenic walking and biking paths are nearby, along with golf courses, shopping, and dining.

Had a great time it rained a little bit, but the kids use the pool and the hot tub. Hot tub cover wasn’t on, but I found it over the other side of the wall. Had lots of towels and plenty of beach towels. Only thing we didn’t have was washcloths. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Awesome house

We loved our stay at this house!! It was perfect for our whole family grandparents and kids included. The pool was a hit for everyone and the perfect way to cool down! The downstairs was open and made it easy to all gather together. The upstairs was great for our kiddos and us. The master bathroom was amazing with a HUGE shower. It was clean and well maintained. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards was so convenient. We all highly recommend and loved the location being so close to Hanalei Bay! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Relaxing stay in Princeville

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house on the golf course in Princeville. The house was a good size for a party of 6 including having the kids room upstairs. Tip, there is a wine fridge and the cabinet next to this has extra plates, serving dishes etc. we only figured this out on the last night. A few more pots and pans in the kitchen would be great.
