Beautiful two story 2,300 square foot vacation home with mountain views and cathedral ceilings. Hale Luana (house of relaxation) is a very comfortable and relaxing home located in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. (Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests and that factors in 2 of the guests sleeping in Bunk beds)

- Bunk-bed room with single on top and double on bottom

**QUIET TIME IN PRINCEVILLE STARTS AT 9 PM. (Fines start at $200).

After your relaxing day at the beach just pull your car in the garage and enjoy dinner and the sunset from the lanai. You will find our home to be very comfortable and relaxing.

PLEASE NOTE. The north shore beaches of Kauai may experience north swells between the months of October and April with the likelihood of the larger swells happening December through February. During these months there may be periods in which ocean activities will be limited due to ocean conditions.

Nice overall stay. Great location.

Very comfortable for our family. No issues, but I suggest getting a new toaster and supplying more TP and paper towels. No coffee filters but all that really was no big deal. Trade winds keep things cool. I think the listing doesn’t mention 3 bathrooms all with really nice showers. Veery nice, responsive owner. Mahalo.

Hawaiian Family Vacation

The property was just what we needed! Great location that was just a short ride to our new favorite beach (Anini). The house had plenty of room for our large group. It was easy to communicate with Robert and all of the information for how to work things was nicely explained. We had the best time visiting Kauai from 15 months old to 45 years. We definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

Fantastic experience

This home was a perfect fit for our needs as four couples. Communication with the host was exceptional and the experience was smooth end to end. Amazing property for families

The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Robert was quick to respond with whatever questions we had. We loved all the "extras" we had access to - bikes, snorkle gear, beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, and sand toys. The housing community was just what we were looking for for our kids. Friendly neighbors and we always felt safe. Short walk to a playground, library, and a cute farmers market. This was the best family vacation to date. Thank you, Robert!

Home Away From Home

This house is sooo spacious and beautiful. We love the location. Very close to grocery store, literally walking distance. The owner also gave us a welcome basket with wine, coffee, tea and chips. I highly recommend this place. So beautiful!!!

The house was perfect for our 2 families, the kids enjoyed the bunk room. It was super clean and had everything we needed for beach trips. Whenever I had questions, Robert was super responsive and a great host!

Great place to stay!

This was perfect for us! Room for everyone to sleep, good sized kitchen, and a nice living room for us to hang out & play games at the end of the day. Property provided some snorkeling gear and a few other things included. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. Communication was great prior to and throughout the trip. No A/C but it didn’t matter at all for us since the windows open and there are ceiling fans, so inside temp was perfect all week. Would absolutely stay here again for the price.

Lovely Home

We had a vacation with extended family and this house was the perfect home base for us. Plenty of room, lots of equipment for the beach, and a beautiful Mountain View. The host, Robert, was communicative and helpful. This location is a quick walk to the market and close to lots of amazing beaches. Highly recommend!

I rent this house twice a year!

This house has everything I'm looking for in a good rental; privacy, quite, lots of space, great kitchen, good beds, bikes, 2 car garage with electric door openers, it's close to beaches and plenty of beach towels and equipment. Thank you Robert for creating this opportunity.
