Customer service was horrible with exception of one receptionist. Room was very smoky and we tried to move rooms. Phone and remote did not work. Bath tub was mildewed. But mostly disappointed in the employees. We have stayed here 4 times. The 1st times were good. 3rd visit we had rude employees but thought we would give it another try. We will NOT be returning.

I had to change hotel rooms because the phone and cable did not work. I started to clean the hotel room because it was so dirty. They also kept the doors unlocked so anyone can walk in. People were slamming doors and yelling all hours in the night. Talk about unsafe.

Prepaid for 2 nights. Arrived to the lobby door closed and locked with note saying to go around the corner to the night window. There was 2 bells to ring and nobody arrived. There was also a phone number to call saying "call us and we will be right there". Called 11 times and no answer. When we were there waiting another couple arrived to check in and couldn't either. After a call to Expedia and them communicating with some office lady the next day, the office staff not onlu called me a liar and said there is no way I could prove I was there. They told Expedia their lobny closes at 10 pm. We were there before that. Also no information in their email or Expedia about not ei g able to check in before 10pm!!! Why would I bother to make this up...really...? The Econolodge staff was hostile with Expedia phone support I dealt with and I was issued a refund. (Props to Expedia) As a business owner (I told Expedia) with the experience I had and the unfriendly lady Expedia dealt with on the phone, I would recommend NOT listing them as an affiliate anymore. They definately deserve their already 2 star rating they currently have!!!!! DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO STAY HERE. If you have a pet go to Raddison Suites Country in. Expedia doesnt list them as pet friendly, but they are. Everything about Country Inn was amazing.
