Almost Heaven

My visit was relaxing and enjoyable. Clean and spacious home. For future renters, As a solo female I felt very safe during my stay. The cove was calming. I saw many wildlife and enjoyed a trip on the lake with the kayak. The host has gone above and beyond to make sure renters have everything they may need. Secluded and quiet

This property is perfect for a quiet vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle. The home is perfectly set up with an outside deck that’s massive. It overlooks the lake, and the scenery is beautiful.

The facility was perfect! Two comments: A substantial security deposit is held, apparently not refunded till you submit your review? Second, the email with the "key" or door code to the stay was buried in my email from the Wednesday before my Saturday stay, hence the 1/5 for communication? Again, the facility was perfect! Peaceful! Wonderful!

Peaceful, clean

Our family of 8 enjoyed our first visit to this area staying in this clean, well-stocked home. The deck is a nice place to enjoy the peaceful woods and lake view. The fishing and kayaking were great. It is a distance to some conveniences, but we are used to city life and were there to enjoy a slower pace and this place fit the bill. Very relaxing, definitely no swimming, but lots of wildlife to see and space for outdoor activities.
