Room was cold with limited opportunity to receive a space heater. Store items were limited. Appear to be dated in new of a remodel. Team was not very responsive when it came to room repairs, as I had to fumble my way in using the tub faucet due to a stripped screw that no one came to fix after multiple requests. Also, I have yet to receive a phone call back about an inquiry of an item I left behind. Someone hit my car in the lot and there are no cameras. Better security may help with tracking personal property damage and overall human safety from the garage.

Honestly, my biggest issue stand from the fact that there was no fridge available as a breast-feeding mother pumping milk. I had to reach out to the front desk multiple times and it took almost 24 hours to get a fridge. The morning after our first night, I confirmed with someone checking out on the way down to the lobby they had a fridge front desk told me that they would have it moved to my room. They did not. I had to follow up again the afternoon at that point, the person working in the front desk disable to get it moved.

Kyle, one of the front desk staff members at the Hilton Honors hotel, was extremely rude. There was a confusion with our reservation, and I was simply trying to understand what had gone wrong. Instead of helping clarify the situation, he displayed incredibly poor behavior and was unwilling to communicate at all.
