Set on wooded conservation land and nestled amongst the tree tops this home offers views of the ocean and the Wood End Lighthouse from the deck and living room. Bask in the sun through picture windows or relax on the deck in the shade of the retractable awning.
Whether you are craving serenity or activity this home is ideally situated on a quiet street yet near town. Herring Cove beach is 1.5 miles & accessible by walking, biking or driving. Town center is a 20 minute walk with it's excellent restaurants, art galleries, movie theater, shopping and more.

The house was more than we could have imagined and provided the perfect base for two weeks in P'twon. Great location in the West End and the house itself is situated in the trees so very private. Karen and Jeff have thought of every need - from beach towels and paraphernalia to bikes, binoculars and a well appointed kitchen. We particularly loved the outdoor shower after the beach and the fireplace on chilly mornings! But we were also impressed at all the little details they thought of. Everything we needed was already stocked at the house - from soap to paper products to an extra propane tank for the gas grill - everything we needed was there. They are great hosts and we will definately rent this property again.

We loved our stay here! The house is great -- updated but still has charm and personality. The multiple decks are definitely the highlight of the property. We loved the open floor plan in the main living area while still having plenty of options for our space. Outdoor shower was great for the pup coming back from the beach. Would definitely recommend.

This place is PERFECT for every vacation need! Well stocked, laundry onsite, gorgeous views, ample parking, a private home with easy access to both the beach during the day, and the nightlife later on in the day! And our 7 month old Great Dane was very happy there too!

Big open, comfy living spaces, the kitchen had everything we could want, the knives were sharp, the decks (all three!) were awesome, and the hvac worked perfectly. Plenty of plugs for our chargers and gadgets, too. Very quiet spot. Karen is a wonderful host!

Great house for relaxing and entertaining!

This split-level house is great for relaxing and entertaining. The large living room and deck on the top floor is at tree-top level and offers a glimpse of the ocean. It is comfortably furnished for up to six people. The middle deck has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and is ideal after a day at the beach. The lower deck off the bedroom is perfect for morning coffee or reading. The house is interesting architecturally and has beautiful woodwork and stonework to enjoy. A great find!

Incredible house in stunning setting

We loved everything about the house. The property is beautiful and offers many different spaces in which to relax inside and out, while also offering the privacy and serenity of overlooking nothing but trees. We had all the conveniences we needed and more. We particularly appreciated being able to use the four bikes in the garage. Access to the center of town is quick and easy on foot and by bike. Thank you for a fantastic week in P’town!

Heaven in the trees

Gorgeous quiet home

Stayed the whole week with some friends and the house was so pretty, clean and well stocked. Nice little quiet neighborhood but a very simple bike ride into the heart of town. Will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was very clean, cozy and made it very easy to relax. The kitchen/living room/dining room area was an awesome space that allowed us to cook and socialize with one another. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. I would go back in a second! We were so sad to leave!

Very clean, very well stocked! Only complaint is third bedroom does not have an bathroom on the same floor. Ended up giving 2 of our friends a discount on what they paid for their share due to lack of bathroom Would stay again, just with 4 people instead of six. Host was very responsive

Second time we've stayed here!

This place was so great the first year that we came back a second year! The living room and decks are so accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need! The beds are comfortable, AC works perfectly, and the best added feature this year was the outdoor rinse shower for beach days. The whole family is eagerly anticipating another return trip next summer!!

P-town in the Fall

We rented this home for a month and had an amazing visit. The house was perfect, from location to size and amenities. Given we were there for a month I most appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is and the high end appliances. I highly recommend this home.

Great tree top retreat

This house was as advertised. It feels very secluded- you are nestled into the tree tops and it’s hard to believe other houses are nearby. We saw a tree frog on the window and a hawk flying right by the upper deck. The house is well appointed, has a beautiful architectural design and was very clean. The neighborhood is lovely and sits on a hill just above west end. It is an easy walk into town and it was great having access to the 4 bikes to ride through the provincelands. The host were prompt in responding even though we had no issues and the check-in was easy. Highly recommended- we will be back.

We're coming back!!

There were so many things we loved about this house that we booked it again for next year as soon as we got home! The living area was bright and spacious, the kitchen well-stocked, and the bedrooms comfortable and private. We spent much of our time at home on the upper deck which couldn’t have been nicer, surrounded by trees with comfy chairs and an awning that, if opened, covered it entirely! That being said, we booked this house for its location
 a walk into the heart of P’town for galleries, restaurants and nightlife, and close to beautiful beaches, Provincelands and other trails. Though we brought our own, their bikes and chairs were in good condition and came in handy for our group. It’s definitely a great property and I feel lucky for having found it!

Great spot for our annual Ptown trip with friends

This was our second summer staying here for a week. We were sold on the house last year. It's a great house for 3 couples to each have their own space, and also hangout together, cook, and be on the deck. The central air is great in the summer. It's near a lot of the west end beaches, and bikes are included for getting to them. Both years we've stayed we've found it easy to communicate with the owners.

A Unique Experience!

This home was exactly as advertised! Very accommodating-even with 3 (teen) kids in tow-everything you could imagine wanting or needing, we way overpacked cause I’m always nervous, but we needed for nothing. All beautiful brand new appliances, nicer than what I’m used to at home, really added to the feel of “vacation”! The location was insane with the beach right down the street, and nightlife scene also within steps, yet the neighborhood is quiet and private. We literally booked this house again just minutes after making it home for the same week next year-I’m so happy we found this spot! And the owners were very easy and available for communication-excellent experience!!
