What the??????

Smoke alarm went off and woke us up violently. Apparently caused by the kitchen. Went downstairs to see the breakfast set up was trashed and everything on the floor. No apologizies when checking out and staff was a bit rude. Won’t stay again

Cleaning Staff took our used towels and did not replace them. Went to ask the staff for replacement towels who was in the hallway two doors down, with a cart full of towels. She told me that I would have to go downstairs to the front desk. the room we stayed in had all kinds of noise coming from the walls, we could only contribute it to pipes heating up and cooling down?

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Easy access to the freeway. Staff are always friendly, courteous, & helpful. The only down side is the hallway has a Very Strong Perfume Scent that is overpowering.

Although small the room had everything that was needed. The small built in bench below the window fit two travel bags perfectly. And the fact that there was a night stand with a lamp on each side of the bed, was great for two people to read withThea iro

We walked in our room and we were hit by cigarette smoke smell. They had the window wide open to try to get rid of it but it didn't help. The breakfast wasn't very good either. Won't stay here again.
