Pass on this one

This hotel seemed to be falling apart a little all over. The elevator was sketchy, the HVAC unit was horribly loud all night and little things were broken or worn. The room was really small also. Breakfast was crammed in the entrance and did not taste good. Employees were the only bright spot, I would not stay here again.

King size bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. It seemed clean, so all those things were nice. However, the TV didn't work at all. The bathroom was interesting. Shower and toilet room had a pocket door for privacy. The sink and mirror were separated and in the main room. The shower had some pretty intense water pressure. The toilet was mini. We only slept there two nights and spent very little time there, but I still regret not having paid more for a better room elsewhere.

it was a great stay only complaint isthatthe bed frame was to big for a double and metal hung out onsides and hurt alot when us or the kids ran into thankfully no one got more then a scrap or bruise. kids loved the pool

For the price, this was a great stay. The beds were comfortable. The room seemed to be clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, we were happy with our stay, and we would return again if our travels took us to Provo for a couple of nights again.
