They treated us without respect , we arrived before 3:pm and they told me to come back at 3:30pm I went back at 3:40 Pm and then they told me only one room was available out of 5 we booked and so we had to wait until 5pm they finally gave us the rooms. We were happy after waiting a long time, but the rooms ended up being uncleaned(Terrible) and had no towels ,I requested to change my sons room because the bathroom had mold in it and the ceiling was unsafe looked like it was falling apart, they changed my sons room for a better one but we still had no towels until they dropped them off after 11:pm! The first day wasted, we reserved 3days and 2 nights ,and my brother his wife and my husband left the next day unhappy. They were trying to help us because I told them that I was ready to contact Travelocity, and so they changed all room for better ones, but super late the next day. My children decided to stay just to go to the beach the food was also terrible , if you want something better to eat you have to make a reservation but the time for reservation are until 11am and they don't tell you before , waste of money and time for me. It was a discrimination because we are Dominican, they told us not refunds, I told them I just want a clean room, 100% Do not recommend it ,

Room was the pits, shower barely worked, food was terrible, and front desk staff acted as if you were a bother if you went to them with issue. Resort was so terrible we checked out two night early.

The area itself was really nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed great but it is not fully inclusive, many things you have to pay additional for with American prices. Other than that everything was great UNTIL I went to my hotel room. We were completely catfished by the photos. It looked like I was in a cheap, motel and I like I would probably get attacked by bedbugs, there was a roach just hanging out, and the toilet did not have running water. I called to get the toilet fixed twice and it flushed the first time but when I went to go use the bathroom after it wouldn’t flush. I requested to change my room, it looked a little bit better but nothing like the photos we flushed the toilet to make sure it was working everything seemed fine until we went to use the bathroom and had a reason to flush, it would not flush just like the other room. I would go again only if I was put in a room where everything works and doesn’t look like I’ll be murdered in my room

Where to start... The pictures on the site is not what the pictures look like in the room. It is a big complex, it shows the room of the villas, rooms if you sign up to their vacation club/timeshare. My family was there for a week; they can only book you for two restaurants on the site. The other nights you have eaten the same buffet. Also, the restaurants advertised on the website, you can not eat there unless you are a member of the vacation club. The television didn't work all week, also no wifi all week. The entertainment stops at 10 pm on site. So you are forced to go to sleep early because there is nothing else to do but look at the walls in the room. All bottom shelf alcohol, my suggestion when land by alcohol at the airport and take it with you. My room key stopped every night. I had to get it fixed everyday which was aggravating. Overall, I hated my experience and will not ever return. The only great thing was our Expedia lady, who helped book our excursions, meals, and room exchange. She was so, so nice. We understood she didn't make our experience horrible; she did all she could to make it better, but a lot of things were out of her control.

Room itself was very nice but in order to take a hot shower you needed to let it run for a minimum of a half an hour, no exaggeration, and then the drain doesn’t work properly so you have water all over the floor outside of the shower. The TV went out from today to Monday due to a storm it continued to rain over the weekend, which the resort cannot help, but you had nothing to do but sit and watch static. The only thing that saved the trip is the staff quite honestly they are all so welcoming, nice, courteous and just good people overall. The resort doesn’t keep up on things and the place has gone downhill since our first visit in 2017, Confresi looks like a hurricane just washed up on the beach with pipes showing through the sand bottom of steps eroded away it is horrible what this resort is turning into. The place is more concerned about getting you to buy into the scam of a vacation club rather than up keeping what they have already.
