This place has great potential if they make some changes. Rooms are outdated and the tub in the room that you have to step into is definitely a hazard. The food needs work. The rooms are not cleaned well. There are ants in the room. The entertainment is pretty bad. They did have great pools.

The staff and the food at the Senator are amazing. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home but the room was not what they had advertised, it was older.The pool was really in need of repair and there were alot of beach chairs broken and garbage on the beach area. They seem to be more concerned about the "Ultimate experience" people then the rrest of us who were paying too

The hotel itself was good, the pool and beach also good. The food in the other hand was not bad but needs more variety. The rooms are comfortable. The activities were a little off. But i would say i would visit again

This resort is in terrible shape, the pools are dirty and dangerous. The food is the same everyday. There was a rat in the bathroom next to the buffet.

Workers too flirty with people can’t go anywhere without being flirted with and the rooms smell like mildew. there were roaches and geckos in the room and i was on the second floor. food buffet was way too unorganized. The beach was nice very windy. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Bedsheets when we first got there and pillows smelled so bad we had to ask for them to be changed ASAP.

The food options were terrible . I received and eggplant appetizer and it was rotten smelled terrible and was brown like it was dead meat . When I asked for it to be changed I was given an attitude . The buffet is eh ok . Best thing there is the coffee shop bed is pretty soft the rooms are pretty good but the floors are so hard I literally fell because it was wet .
