Food was amazing, staff is super sweet and helpful. Was not happy with condition of room my first night. The sheets were dirty and I had to call and get them changed even with a late check in. Night time security was a little creepy. I traveled solo and one of the guards was getting a little to personal for my liking made me a bit uncomfortable one night when I was walking back to my room. Other than that felt super safe there and everyone else was very friendly and accommodating. Would not travel here solo unless o had a room close to the main area but if I was with friends or a partner I would revisit.

My go-to Hotel in Puerto Plata, the best Hotel in the area if you want to relax in a quiet environment - no loud music , great facilities and beautiful views of the golf course . Staff was really friendly and always willing to help , highly recommend this hotel !

Towel system for guest needs to improve. No room service unless your a member not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement.

A good ratio quality price

The way to evaluate something is to appreciate what you got relative to what you paid. And so, is this an exceptional or luxury hotel? Based on my standards: No. But is this a small, friendly all-inclusive good hotel? Absolutely yes. The clients tend to be a bit older and this is not a place to “rumba”, but I personally saw this as a positive rather than a negative.
