No hot water, small room, had to call for airport pickup, while other hotels offer of in advance, no one to help carrying bags upstairs... not worthy of 3 star rating. fortunately I stayed only one night.
We booked 4 rooms and they only have 3 rooms for us. They let us have extra people stay on 2 rooms with no extra charge - which is nice. We got refunded on the room that got missed and applied it towards the underground river cruise. Owner is really nice. Free shuttle to and from airport is a plus.
I was looking for a budget place to stay but this was way below the mark. Its in a decent location not far from the heart of the city. The staff was super nice and helpful even giving us some dishes and silverware for some food we bought in the street. Free wifi downstairs and a nice small breakfast to start your day. The room was poor, the bed sheets didn't even fit the bed and would come off as soon as you laid down. The top sheet they gave you was paper thin and was no where sufficient for 2 people. The soap they gave you was the size of a breath mint and the AC made a horrible noise that kept me up all night. There were dead cockroaches in the hallway. They would only clean your room if you asked them to. I dont mind staying in places like this on a budget but this was to much money for such little comfort. I would try somewhere else next time.
This hotel is not in the main part of twin, so required a tricycle trip each time you wanted to find a nice restaurant and these varied anywhere from 20 to 50 pesos for the same trip! The staff have varied skills in English, nut overall were helpful.
