We only had a one night stay while waiting for our flight the next day but everything we experienced was first class
The room was large enough to open our suitcases

I was happy because best western pickup upon arrival. Their staff are kind and polite
Also it’s accessible to the market.
The breakfast is great. The receptionist call us when we have to board the vehicle for the tours

The hotel was clean and the staff was very polite and quick to help us with anything we needed. The room did have a musty smell but we would stay here again in the hopes that they address that only issue in the future. Very close to the airport and easy access to walk to resturants, shoping and night life. The included breakfast buffet was good with fresh omelets made to order and fresh juices. The coffee was also brewed rather then instant powdered coffee like we recieved at other hotels in the area.

Beautiful hotel, will definitely be staying there again when I go back over.
All the staff were so friendly & polite we really didn't want to leave.
Will definitely recommending to other people.

This place was amazing. First time in Puerto Princesa Philippines and im glad i found this hotel. Great and super friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
