It was aupposed to be a 2 deluxe bedroom but i was placed in a 1 bed deluxe room when asked he said they will put an extra bed but no one come eventhough it should not be an extra bed but a 2 deluxe bedroom. Was charged twice for a breakfast. Check in time was delayed because rooms are not available at the same time. Was given keys one after the other, needs to come back and forth at the front desk to follow up.

The first room we were given smelt very musty so we were able to move to a better one. The staff are very courteous & friendly but it is a very large hotel accommodating lots of weddings/parties so is quite noisy with a lot of children running around. Only four sun loungers by the pool. Breakfast was good value

Overall our stay at here was great. The staff are friendly and very accommodating however, the hotel was very busy during our stay there and we had to wait a lot of times for service. The breakfast buffet is really good. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Very nice stay that ticked all the boxes with a pool, airport shuttle, breakfast buffet. A bonus was that they had an evening buffet and entertainment! They also had a spa.

This property was definitely not as represented by pictures online. We chose it because they showed a nice bathroom and beautiful room and ours was definitely not either. Very noisy outside our window with staff and dumpsters and ended up taking cold showers room was bare and minimal.

Our room did not match the photos on Expedia. The bedroom and bathroom specifically did not match the photos. We’re not sure if only some rooms got this remodel that are shown on Expedia or what, but our room was not what we were expecting at all. The beds are uncomfortably stiff, the furniture is out dated, and the bathroom is a health hazard. We noticed mold on the bathroom counter, tub, and ceiling of the bathroom. The AC is incredibly loud and doesn’t properly cool the room. The walls are thin as well, which made sleeping soundly difficult because of all the noises, yelling, and honking outside our window. When we arrived at the airport, we were told that a shuttle would be waiting for us. We tried messaging and calling the hotel but did not receive any information regarding our expected shuttle. After waiting 30min and contemplating purchasing a taxi there, the shuttle finally arrived. When we came to our room after a busy day of travel, we found 2 lizards and multiple bugs inside our room. We booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 1. The staff were friendly for what it’s worth, we overall we would not recommend this hotel.
