One of the worst experiences of my life. Nothing is good about this place. I had a family emergency and they could not even accept. cancelling it in that condition. I asked this more than 1.5 weeks before my booking in top season. This requires someone not to be only horrible operators but also horrible human beings in general. I never write negative reviews until this one in my life but they deserved it.
I was put in a corner room on the busiest intersection in Puerta Princesca. It was so noisy i was woken up all theigh my stay even with ear plugs in. Perhaps there are quieter roms, i dont know but it made for a terribly uncomfortable stay. There is heavy construction going on surrounding he building and traffic whistles and honking late into the night and before the sun rises in the morning. I checked out asap and went to a beach resort to get some rest.
The rooftop cafe could be nice except all the noise and the view is mostly construction sights with a little bit of ocean in the background.
The service was very good and friendly though.
I’ll start with the breakfast that I did enjoy and the server was excellent. However check in was greater by lots of strange rules like no eating or drinking except for water in the rooms. You don’t pay money to stay stay somewhere to be treated like a 3 year old who would run rampant In the place. Next I was told the front desk closed at 11pm, we returned just after 10pm to find the elevator had been turn off and was then force to walk up the stairs. Next was the room which was ok not great but the towels where dirty. The staff seems friendly enough but I think the cost saving rules make this a very poor place to stay.
Really enjoyed the rooftop cafe for breakfast. It had great views. Room was simple yet clean.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The place is overall clean.
Check in was confusing as the first floor had a security guard (which was not there when we were checking in so we waited on the first floor for a while being super clueless), and check in is actually on the second floor.
Worst part of our stay was the mosquitoes. SO MANY MOSQUITOES! No lie - every time we returned to our room we found 20 mosquitoes at least flying around the room..and yes..they bite.

A cheap standard hotel, was ok nothing great. 5 min walk from shopping mall and about 5 min trike ride to airport. Ok for a day or 2
Bed ok shower ok internet good
The rooms are very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to everything. The bathroom is a bit different the shower water drains on the other side or under the bathroom sink. Keep a towel in front of the bathroom door to dry your feet. Overall great place to stay. It’s also a 10 minute walk from the Baywalk, a line up of open market eateries.

Close to everything you need
Not a bad experience. It’s close to SM, airport, and restaurant. It’s also have a nice bed with working air conditioning. It has this beautiful vanity table with huge cabinet for your staff. It’s very clean. But the only thing is it’s a bit noisy from outside traffic.

easy access to public transportation.
Friendly staff, not allowed to eat meal inside your room. Snack ok.
Good hotel. The coffee shop on the 4th floor is nice in the morning. Wifi was good in one room but not in the next one we stayed in.

Don't recommend
The hotel itself isn't bad, there's a security guard and overall is quite new and clean. However, I booked a room for 4 people and when I got there, they wanted to charge me more even though the prices on where I booked did not change for 4 people. On top of that, I couldn't even ask for some plastic cups without having to buy something from the coffee shop. And when i had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door, they do not respect our privacy and still entered the room. The description of the hotel says that there is wifi, but it is so weak that I couldn't even use it from my room, 80% out of the time I couldn't use their wifi and neither could my friends. The elevator doesn't work after 10 pm. I'm not sure what kind of hotel this is but I've never been more disappointed.
The area of this hotel is in the city market. Didn't realize this until it was too late. I stayed 2 nights and then sacrificed the next 5 and changed to a beach resort. The staff was friendly and the room was fine.
The rooms are decent but very dark. The air conditioning was dirty and I was coughing most mornings from allergies, The craziest thing is their stupid rules. No food or drinks inside the rooms, If you go out of the hotel you need to give them your key. When you come back you have to wait around for the receptionists to finish doing their hair or texting before you get your key. I caught them lying to me a few times and when I brought it up they became unpleasant. A very strange hotel..
The room was clean and spacious, Wifi was stable and fast. Close to the airport, stayed here for a night before heading to el Nido which the room was ideal for.
My daughters and I stayed at We Travellers for two nights as a stopover on our way to El Nido. I also stayed one night by myself on return as daughters continued travels on their own. We Travellers have great service-oriented staff who went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable in their hotel. Great reception desk staff, front door security, hotel security and inside room locks. (yes, I'm a bit of an anxious traveller).
