Gorgeous, updated home at the top of Amapas. Literally minutes up the hill from all the best of Vallarta. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, ample outdoor spaces, Jacuzzi with a view and much more! Solar Panels, solar hot water , whole house backup generator, available dedicated fiber optic internet, spacious kitchen with high end finishes and appliances. A stand alone house in a gated community of only 14 homes in a quiet jungle setting overlooking the city below.
** Jacuzzi maintenance is an important part of keeping everything clean and enjoyable. If scheduled cleaning days are skipped, it might affect the condition of the pool during your stay or for future guests. You're welcome to decline a cleaning if you prefer just let us know. However, please note that if the pool needs extra attention after checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Beautiful and clean home at the top of the hills.
Stunning home at the top of the Almapas hill in a beautiful gated community. We had bad service getting there so we had some confusion checking in but wasn’t an issue. We loved having a well stocked kitchen and would be ideal for those spending a week or more and who plan to spend a lot of time on the property. If you’re going out a lot, the Ubers sometimes struggle to find the location and it is not a short commute but we didn’t really mind. The team was very communicative and very kind. We loved having 3 full bathrooms plus the extra half bath. The huge hot tub and many outdoor spaces were great! Ideal for those spending more time on property than excursions and I highly recommend!
