Great Location! Very Large 2-bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms & Office Condo in Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

The Condo is located on the 3rd floor with an air-conditioned elevator access.

This marvelous condo in Puerto Vallarta is about 2,150 sf and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It offers two master bedroom suites. One with a king-size bed and another with a queen-size bed. Additionally, it offers an office space with a desk, TV, and a comfy sofa bed that can comfortably sleep one person and may even accommodate two kids or small adults.

The apartment also has an additional 1/2-bathroom, a large kitchen with all necessary cookware, oversized living and dining rooms, and a large outside desk.

The apartment has high-speed WiFi internet (500 Mbps Fiber), a full-size laundry room with a washer and gas dryer, heating, AC, Smart TV, and a large pool with a jacuzzi during their stay.
Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Puerto Vallarta.

This Condo offers great location inside the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The Condo is in the Copa de Oro building, which is the same building as a famous Aqua Spa for Men (https://www.fresha.com/a/acqua-spa-for-men-puerto-vallarta-calle-constitucion-450-j1bqac9o).

The Condo is located two short blocks from Basillo Badillo and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants of the Romantic Zone are within a short walk. The Condo address is 450 Constitucion St, and you can look it up on the map for additional details.

Parking space 305 is included in the rental.

The Condo was recently renovated. I posted many high-resolution pictures of the condo because I believe they can show the Condo better than any description.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great with easy access to local shops, restaurants and the beach and malecon. The unit is very large with a great balcony! The kitchen was well stocked which we really appreciated as we tended to eat a lot of meals at the house due to some food restrictions within our group. We would definitely stay here again if our travel plans bring us back to this area.

This condo is perfect! Spacious and well equipped for everything you need. Its right in the heart of zr but just far enough away to have some quiet. Its an easy walk to everything. Both owner and suite manager were incredble to deal with! Thanks Stan for the perfect stay!

Pros: as represented: large, clean, and secure. Great water pressure and temperature in large well-lit bathrooms. Excellent climate control and lighting with multiple AC and USB outlets. Comfortable furniture. Beautiful little-used pool and hot tub.Cons: Noise. Construction. Broken elevator. Missing amenities.The primary noise problem is out of the owner's control: four dogs in adjacent buildings whose owners are either deaf, insensate, or malicious. The barking was in bass, baritone, tenor, and soprano, and was incessant day and night. It penetrated the walls and windows and made it necessary to sleep in the inner, smaller, windowless bedroom. Which raises another issue: the blinds in the windowed bedroom are essentially see-through and do not block light at night. See pic. The second noise problem arises from the ongoing construction of a large building approximately six inches away from the condominium building. Pneumatic, electric, and manual hammering, pounding, sawing, and grinding M-F and Saturday morning. Given the current state of construction, it appears that it will continue for years. Speaking of construction, one reason the pool is little-used is that it is ground-level and the construction of several large buildings around this condo has limited the sun to illuminating a small section of the pool and deck from 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. every day. Very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of shops, dining and activities without being in the noise. Lots of room, all the things we needed including washer & dryer with detergent. They were able to let us in 2 hours earlier than their usual check in time.

Enter and Exit Time Issues

The host contacted me a couple of times literally demanding an exact time of my arrival. I told her I would be there either at check in time 4:00 PM or a little after. On the day I was to leave she wanted an exact time of my departure once again I reminded her that 11:00 AM was the agreed exit time. And that I would not be staying over 11:00AM. She wanted to get into the condo at 10:30 AM. On the other hand the owner had a professional and friendly demeanor. When we made written contact.
