This ocean facing unit is near the top floor, two levels below the Penthouse, with an open layout leading to your balcony with breathtaking views of the city and ocean. Enjoy all-around views from large rooftop pool deck in this opulent building features 24-hour security, rooftop staffed bar (seasonal and certain hours), on-site administration, rooftop infinity-edge heated pool, spa, gym & BBQ areas with breathtaking Ocean/City/Mountain views.

This condo is a rare find, with an ocean and sunset facing balcony on a high floor in a modern building. Open floorplan maximizing the indoor/outdoor concept, this condo is truly an impressive space. The condo is well-equipped with a cook’s kitchen, large bedroom with closet and drawer space, full bathroom with large shower and oversized basin sink with two faucets, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your private use.

The building is well-maintained and features secure entry with 24-hour security, elevator taking you to your floor, impressive open concept lobby, rooftop infinity-edge heated pool, spa, gym & BBQ areas with breathtaking Ocean/Sunset/City/Mountain views.

Check in time is from 3pm to 8pm. Check out time is 8am to 11am. Check ins after 8 PM, and checkouts before 8 AM, will require a $700 Peso ($40 USD) fee paid directly to the concierge for their overtime.

Awesome Apartment in the Romantic Zone!

Had a 9 night stay; the apartment is beautiful, comfortable, close to everything we wanted to see. We loved being in a real neighborhood with history and the friendliest people. The building staff were amazing, professional, and super friendly and helpful with everything. The pool and rooftop bar was perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring or playing on the beach. It was truly a wonderful experience and badly deserved vacation!

A wonderful getaway

Matthew’s modern comfortable property has everything you will need for that special getaway, located in a lively neighborhood with excellent food and entertainment options close by. Wonderful property in a great location

We really enjoyed staying in Matthew's unit. The building is so well located. The rooftop is beautiful with a very large pool. We would definitely stay here again. The management company was really wonderful and very communicative, as well. Alan HernĂĄndez was our contact and I can't say enough good things about him! Definitely would recommend this property!

Ideal Romantic Zone Location

We stayed in newer residential condo located in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. We rented a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, with kitchen/living space, and balcony on the 5th floor had limited views of Banderas Bay. Gorgeous rooftop pool and hot tub, with stunning views of P.V., the Sierra Madres, and Banderas Bay. We'd definitely go back and highly recommend the location. Condo owner was extremely responsive to all our needs.

Loved it!

Loved This Place

The condo was very nice, and the location was perfect for me! The PVRPV guest services folks were great and very responsive to questions and requests. I stayed for three months and developed great relationships with the desk and maintenance people in the building, who all were very accommodating. All in all, it was a fabulous stay.

One week vacation

The condo was very clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed the roof top pool. The property management company was responsive when we had one minor issue. The building is secure with 24 hr friendly security. There was some night time bar noise from a nearby bar you can hear on the weekends, but glad we were on the 5th floor. Sunny west facing condo in the afternoon with lots of light. We enjoyed the condo and the location. Although the PVR romantic zone is best suited for adults.

Very nice ,clean and modern. Liked that the condo building had security 24/7. Vanessa, the concierge was very helpful showing us around the condo and building letting us know where everything was and how things worked. She was there also when we left to say goodbye and to ask if everything went well. We couldn't be happier with the condo, the location and of course Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing location in the heart of PV

Our experience with renting the property was top notch. Right after we booked the property we received confirmation and instructions. We were met the day of checkin by the property manager to show us around. Also check out with the property manager was quick and easy. Wonderful stay, pool, location!

It was a quick couple of days but we had an amazing time at Loft 268. The apartment was perfect with a sink big enough for two to use at once; a kitchen with all the trimmings; comfy couches and a big TV. The bed was comfortable (especially if you like a harder mattress) and the topper was the roof pool area which was large and had plenty of places to sit in the pool rather than just swimming and doing laps. And the location relative to some of the best restaurants in the area as well as the beach being only 5 minutes away makes this a top spot to consider.

Beautiful Condo!

We would defiantly stay here again and I would highly recommend it. Great location, condo is beautiful everything is new and very clean. The roof top heated pool and hot tub is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. We have travelled to PV a few times and we loved the location of this condo. It’s walking distance to so many restaurants. Short walk to the ocean and grocery stores as well. It was very quiet in the building and the security guards were excellent. They even got us a great cab ride back to the airport and we really appreciated it. Matthew(owner) was great sent us info and instructions and responds very quickly. The property manager was also great and we had no troubles with anything. All I can say is if you stay here you won’t be disappointed at all.

So lucky to have found this place!

What an incredible host, and an incredible rental unit. I like to do my research before booking a VRBO, and this one more than lived up to the photos, the reviews, and exceeded our expectations. And then the unexpected bonus--Matthew is an amazing host! He helped us navigate the unknowns of Mexico travel, details big and small, and his knowledge of the area is super helpful. Everything from where to schedule our return trip covid tests, to what kind of ride share is best to and from the airport, Matthew's patience with us was so kind and we could tell that the kind of person he is extends to the quality of the lodging and the amenities offered there. A bit about the location--perfectly centrally located! We had all the bars, restaurants, and even a grocery store just steps away. No creepy long walks down dark alleys, we always felt safe venturing out, and then once back inside the building, the security presence at the lobby front desk is an added layer of comfort. Being on the 5th floor makes this a great hideout from the hustle and bustle of the streets below, and we enjoyed morning breakfasts on the balcony and quiet evenings in after the nightlife. To top it all off, literally, is the pool on the top floor that offers great views and peaceful hours in the sunshine. Bring sunscreen and a book! Plenty of tanning hours to be had. I could go on and on, but ultimately the takeaway is Matthew is a wonderful host, and his condo is superb. We won't need to do any more research for our return trips to PV, this is the place.
