We loved the king suite room with the balcony! Amazing views of the city, golf course, marina area & ocean in the distance. The room was beautifully equipped with comfortable king bed, small fridge, microwave, good sized TV, double sinks in bathroom and power drapes! The water pressure in shower was weak and we could have used a safety grab bar in the shower. Food in the snack bar (hot dogs & hamburgers) was very tasty, all in all , a most enjoyable stay!

The property was well maintained and the breakfast had a good variety. Our room was either hot and humid or cold. Our room also had a strange smell and so did our clothes, fabreez didn't help. The most the staff was friendly.

Checked out after the first night due to the room being dirty and long hairs everywhere. Asked for the room to be cleaned or to be moved to another room and I was told there wasn't another room in my "rate class". After promising the room would be cleaned in the morning after my first night, I returned to the room untouched and still a mess. When I went down again to the desk I was told the same response again. Management wasn't available so I left a detailed written message to the front desk requesting a call, never received a call. I booked another hotel immediately and left this terrible hotel. I will be seeking a refund for my 2 unused nights, as the hotel refused to provide me a clean room.

First of all the shower ceiling was falling apart, or probably just the paint, but who knows how much moisture and dirt from other guests was accumulated up there. Then the AC was totally out of control, we set it at 22degrees as we have a baby that cant hold the cold nor the heat. So we woke up at night to stop the unit as it was running at 19 degrees!! We changed so many times that we gave up and decided to wake up constantly at night to turn it back on/off. It wasnt a pleased night.. at all.
