Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Street noise quite noticeable in the room. Wonder about having an in the room coffee pot but did like the available free coffee near the lobby. Helpful staff.

This is my favorite hotel in Vallarta. Really nice and helpful staff, the rooms are always clean, awesome views, the pool area is cool. The location there is a food park you can walk to, also a lot of other businesses.

Amazing place to stay, friendly staff, great pool lounge area. Great restaurants In walking distance. Highly recommend.

Pool view was nice, but the "music" was headache-inducing, loud thumping techno music, or a louder, even more annoying DJ. Street noise is very loud most of the time, and a club next door adds to it with dance club volumes 9 - 12 each night. Worst noise is lower floor rooms but even guests on the 8th floor had the same comments. Staff is nice. Location OK (grocery nearby, buses, restaurants, easy to get to marina, Walmart, Centro, malecon, romantic zone). Bring earplugs and headphones if you plan to sleep.

Staff friendly and professional, rooms very clean but a little noisy due to construction in the surrounding area. Overall a very nice hotel, would book again in a future.
