The staff were all very friendly, especially Kevin who took us on a great kayaking tour. The food was some of the best I've had, especially the seafood risotto at Casa Grande. We're already planning on our next trip back!

Staff at the resort was amazing! Ivan, David and Alex were great at the cabanas. Hector was always great to see in the morning at the buffet. Rooms, beach and pool areas were always clean and taken care of. If there was an issue, staff was quick to fix the problem. We spent our time on resort just relaxing and there were plenty of food options and the activities team kept things lively. Definitely going back!

People were very nice. Food was alright. Service was very friendly. Beach is terrific. Location is ideal. But the property is getting tired and need maintenance. Some of the poolside and beach chairs are broken, common area furniture is dirty, gym is dirty, some paint might go a long way.

Outstanding stay from start to finish. I was greeted by Ezequiel from bell services. He has worked at the property for many years and still delivers warm, genuine service. He welcomes guests with the energy of someone excited to be there. It sets the tone immediately. Registration was fast and seamless. The front desk already had all reservation details from Hotels.com. No delays. No back and forth. The room exceeded expectations. The view was beautiful. The room was quiet, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Rest came easy. There were plenty of outlets to charge phones and devices, which shows attention to real guest needs. Every employee went above and beyond. Staff members were attentive, proactive, and clearly proud of their work. You feel taken care of at every step. The operation feels organized and calm. Pools and restaurants were excellent. They never felt crowded. Service remained consistent throughout the stay.

The resort was fabulous in that it was very clean, had a lot of activities scheduled, with lots of pool options and restaurants. We loved our swim-up pool room! The beach was even better than expected! The NYE party on the beach was incredible. The music was great to dance to. Being vegetarian and celiac, I would appreciate more options, and it would be extremely helpful if the staff knew their menu selections better. Kudos to Hector and Jose Luis at Blaze, who were the only servers to be able to make food recommendations that were safe for me to eat! Staff were very busy at the restaurants, it seemed that they were a bit understaffed most of the time. Overall, we had a great time, and booked again for next year.

Housekeeping was good most of the time, questionable at other times. We questioned our sofa and patio cushions be scrubbed due to stains. They addressed it immediately. Great family resort, food and entertainment wasn't our style but families seemed to enjoy Great beach, great pools, great staff.
