Fantastic property, location, privacy and an amazing, service oriented staff. Would definitely stay again. The room towers could use some exterior paint and the windows a good washing. Little things that make a big difference. The property is older. Top notch for its day, but dated.

The Ziva staff were wonderful especially under very stressful conditions. They were very courteous and cheerful and always greeted us with a smile. The grounds are immaculate and the pools are well maintained. Unfortunately, we feel the hotel does need to address several deficiencies, in particular with the toilet facilities around the pools. We found significant flooding on the floor under urinals and one toilet had a missing toilet seat.

Great all-inclusive resort in PV. Incredible food with multiple places to eat. Best of all is the private beach that is safe and clean (although watch out for the under-toe)! Perfect for couples or families… or even honeymooners.

The overall experience was great from the moment we entered. Staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout the time we spent there Jose, our server at the cabanas was outstanding and always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and attended to. For the most part the food was good but found there could’ve been one more dinning option. However, it was nice that you weren’t limited on what you could order good ask for more of something or additional items. Housekeeping was overall good except for they never came at the same time and sometimes showed up after we got back for the day around 4:30/5:00 pm. There was plenty to do on the property as well as options to explore around. We loved the kayaking off the beach. The massages we got at the spa were one of the best I’ve ever had. It also allowed for one hour of spa amenities yes such as the jetted tubs or sauna. The air conditioning in the room never seemed to get the room cool enough for our liking but it was comfortable. Plenty of space in the room for the 3 adults. I do wish there was more nightlife activities or even just a dj playing music to dance to. I would definitely come back again!

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The Entertainment team did a fabulous job. I was impressed by them. The hotel room was up to my standard. The only thing that I was disappointed in is the hot tub was not available after 9pm.
