The space
Icon was is an ultra luxury condominium designed by well know French Designer, Phillipe Starck and offer stunning mountain, city and ocean views!

This 1 bedroom modern unit is spacious with over 1350 sq ft & located on the 14th floor in Tower 2. Unit offers panoramic views of the ocean beach, marina, town and surrounding mountains. Large wraparound deck on this corner unit adds private outdoor living space.

Gourmet kitchen with granite, 2 TV's, designer furnishings, top of line appliances, two desks with comfortable chairs, washer/dryer in unit, direct elevator access.

Bedroom has premium mattress for a comfortable sleep and windows with incredible view.

Downstairs, infinity pool, spa, fitness center, sauna, steam rooms, bar, restaurant, hot tubs, business center, theater and yet - so quiet upstairs.

Convenient location with shopping nearby, adjacent to Oxxo, Soriana grocery across the street, Starbucks coffee shop in Hilton, 1/2 mile to Walmart, 1 mile to Costco. Three shopping malls within easy walking distance. Short cab ride to the Marina. Take the bus anywhere in Vallarta proper for only 10 pesos. Or catch a cab or Uber for a 15 minute ride to the Malecon for 60-100 pesos.

Beautiful. Well maintained, clean, gorgeous pools and beach. Plenty of staff on the grounds to help if needed. Loved having the restaurant/bar right there on the beach. And the condo itself was lovely. We really enjoyed the wrap around deck and amazing views.

The overall impression was good with a couple of exceptions. There could have been a couple more bath towels, face cloths and hand towels. The bed was a kingsize as stated however the mattress was not very supportive.

Beautiful stay in Puerto Vallarta

Pictures didn’t do it justice. Literally opened up the walls at night and didn’t touch the A/C. Beautiful views of the marina and the shoreline and bay. Enjoyed the beach front bar and quiet atmosphere of the property compared to some other condos in the marina area. Property manager (Rangel) was great.

Puerta Vallarta

This place could use a deep cleaning. Came into the room and not even a bar of soap to wash our .hands after arriving from the airport. The couch is dirty and obvious stains that have never been attempted to have cleaned. The bathroom had old dirty tampons behind the trash can. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and this is the first place I would never recommend to stay.
