I stayed here 10 days, which is a pretty long stay. I had no trouble at all. I was able to get work done upstairs in the cafe and coworking space. I had to request housekeeping, which I did two or three times, because guests don't receive extra towels, extra toilet paper, or extra soap. So, there's no alternative to getting housekeeping. The bath mat was a lifesaver because the shower head creates a mess on the floor.

I knew from the message we got on expedia there would be no windows with the room we selected. So upon arriving i made sure to ask if we could upgrade, the front desk said there were no rooms available. We definitely got the worst room there. But that wasnt even the worst thing. The next day we had asked for some fresh water bottles and were told the 2 water bottles we had gotten are the only ones we get and also that our room will not be cleaned the entire 5 days of our stay. This was basically the only service we had gotten the entire time. The room was never cleaned, never restocked, never received any new towels, and only rude service. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this has by far been the worst place. The condition of the room was ok, bed decent and location ok, still atleast a 10 min walk from everything If all you need is a bed and a washroom for your stay, dont expect anything else. And probably dont stay longer than 5 days because i dont think they will restock or clean for you. It was so disappointing. Do not recommend.

Great location. One thing is that the doors to the rooms have vents, so you can hear everything happening in the lobby from your room. No breakfast options. Other than that, property is ok.

This was a great place to stay to be in Zona Romantica and close to the beach and the Malecon. The rooms and bathrooms are not large, but the accommodations are comfortable, and the convenience and value are unbeatable.

Great location in the Zona Romantica, beside the markets of Isla Cuale & only blocks to the beach. Lovely little cafe in the hotel & many other dining options nearby. We rented a fridge & used the shared water dispenser, coffee & microwave to prepare some of our breakfasts & lunches. The staff were always very helpful.

Exactly what you need and great location

The best part of this hotel was the location! We were so close to the meeting points of many of our activities and the restaurants nearby were less touristy and very tasty. The neighborhood felt very safe at all hours of the day too. This hotel gives you exactly what you need. Bed, Shower, AC, security, and wifi.
