Overall it is a good place. The food was quite acceptable, and some days it was very, very good. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. No issues at all there. If I were going to mention anything it would be that they need better signage around the resort (and maybe a map) and that the air conditioner could have worked a bit better. Overall, I did enjoy it quite a bit.

Great service all around

Or flight was delayed for 2 days. I called the hotel to let them know, they said I had to also contact hotels.com to let them know. When we arrived, they offered to extend our stay for the 2 days which I had to decline due to prior engagement. Overall, they put me in a room facing the ocean, king bed, huge bathroom. All of which were requested. The service was great, entertainment was good, area was safe and easily accessible for catching the bus or other means of transportation. Close to the airport and Malecon. You must go and see David the bartender near the entrance of the hotel. Great service and very entertaining. Food was great, don’t forget to get your omelettes and pancakes at the grill in the morning, and every evening dinner is something good.

Average smaller resort. Did have a roach in our room one night and some construction going on onsite during our stay. Staff were excellent

We really enjoyed the staff very friendly and accommodating. The property is outdated in our room we had cockroaches and found a worm in the bed. It was late at night and property didn’t have night staff for bed to be changed so I shared the other bed with my sister. They did offered us another room but it was late.
