Nomada is a brand-new boutique collection of just 28 homes, ideally situated in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It offers a range of fantastic amenities, including a sparkling infinity pool with 360º ocean views overlooking the Banderas Bay, cabanas/sunbeds, multiple lounge chairs, hammocks, and a BBQ area.

Other things to note
***Please note that this is an "Adults Only Complex". All guests and occupants must be 18 years or older. No children are allowed. The responsible renter for the reservation needs to be at least 25 years old.

There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

Please note that the pool is closed on Wednesdays from 8 am to 1 pm for deep cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE:
The use of the grill requires a refundable deposit of $25 USD ($500 MXN), payable at reception.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
