Superbe appartement, tout équipé avec une vue imprenable et des couchers de soleil comme sur les photos. Immeuble impeccable avec des gardiens trÚs gentils et sympathiques. Terrasse sur le toit incroyable avec belle piscine et jacuzzi comme un hÎtel 5 étoiles. Enfin, l'emplacement du condo est parfait à 2 mins à pied de la plage et tout proche du centre-ville. Séjour parfait!

This is a very nice 1br unit in a building with great amenities. Although it’s 1 block back from Playa de los Muertos beach, the generous balcony has an unobstructed view over a low building right down to the surf with the pleasant sound of waves coming through all the time. The refrigerator and washer/dryer are pretty new and quite nice, and the kitchen overall is well equipped if cooking is planned. Roof has a small but nice infinity pool/hot tub overlooking the beach, small but nice gym and lots of chairs to catch the sun. Walkability to the core of Zona Romantica is excellent. Small downside to that, occasional street noise when the balcony door is open, but just fine when closed, and the bedroom is interior and completely quiet. Building staff is friendly and helpful. A very nice place to stay.

Great location and beautiful views. Condo is clean and comfortable close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Don't miss the rooftop pool, it has beautiful views both during the day and the evening. It was very hot during our stay so the airconditioning was a welcome respite.

PV Paradise

This place is perfect for a couple. Comfortable bed and bathroom with a nice kitchen and gorgeous view. The balcony is spacious and has a relaxing day bed. Everything was very clean and the property management company was quick yo respond to us. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View of the Bay

We were returning guests to this property and will return in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there for a lengthy stay. It has a great view of the ocean and easy access to the attractions of the Zona Romantica. The unit is well cared for and well-stocked. We ate-in frequently and used the barbeque on the 7th floor. The pool deck is comfortable and social with full sun or shady areas, depending on what you want.

Stayed end of Oct. It was hot, so we spent more time in condo than we usually would. Nightly sunset rooftop pool was great! Fabulous clean condo, beautiful ocean view, every thing we needed for our first trip to PV!

we stayed here Sept 13 - 21. The condo building is located literally steps from beachfront restaurants and beach clubs. The rooftop pool and view are phenomenal at night. The condo and building are clean and well maintained. The host Andrea was extremely helpful.

My wife and I have stayed at the Romantic Zone on several occasions and this lovely condo was certainly our favorite place to stay 
 excellent in every respect

Very Pleased

As others have mentioned the unit is ideally located on the south end of zona romantica. Walk to everything. We used the patio with great ocean views and a cool breeze frequently. Nice sunsets from the pool area as the patio gets afternoon sun and you can find nice shade up top. We didn’t cook at all as there are plenty of restaurants.

This was our second stay in this condo. The building (V-177) is ideally situated for everything we like to do in Puerto Vallarta; the building staff are always friendly and helpful. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, with wonderful sunset bay views everyday. We hope to stay here again.

Everything and more !!

This property exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze. The unit was even available before scheduled time. It was spotless and well stocked with everything and anything you may need. The view was beautiful. Comfortable seating on the balcony made for a great spot for reading and relaxing. The pool area was clean with gorgeous views. People we met in the building were very friendly and helpful with tips on restaurants. The property manager was terrific and extremely helpful. I had a few questions at the start and they responded immediately. I would highly recommend this condo it is a little gem and we will be returning for sure. I can see why it is booked well in advance. I have no cons whatsoever Our stay was excellent!!

PV Vacation

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Location is the absolute best. Great Views. V177 building staff are wonderful. Just a couple of concerns: Livingroom Furniture pictured is not what is there, current furniture is by far less elegant. PVRPV Management did not meet us at check-in. This was frustrating and made check-in more difficult. Thank you.

Excellent Property

The property was extremely well maintained, both inside and out. It was one block from the beech with a great view. A short walk (1/2 block) to convenience stores, one open 24 hours a day. Very near restaurants and bars with an amazing choice of options. Internet was excellent. The only negative was the rooftop pool closed for repairs the last four days we were there, but the owner gave us a rebate on part of our stay.

Beautiful Property Perfect Location

This was the first time we did not stay at a resort and we absolutely loved this property. The building is safe, secure, and gorgeous. The rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and lounge areas are stunning - we loved the bright colors and the fridge where we could store our beverages! It is only one block from the beach and the unit itself was amazing. You can hear and see the surf when sitting on the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept us cool! We would definitely stay here again!
