Everything was as advertised and then some. There wasn't anything not supplied that you could want on vacation. Only small issue was figuring out the various remotes. The pool was awesome. The food from the restaurant was inexpensive and very good. All the staff were very friendly. Maria was an amazing hostess, thank you! Should we return to PV, will look to see if this is available.

Location, unit and property amenities are terrific. For longer stays, Costco and Soriano Hiper are close by. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance and the on-site restaurant is also good. The pools and associated hot tubs are great and the beach is right here. If you expect guests, be aware that the sofa couch isn't particularly comfortable. Also, this is a 2nd floor unit (very convenient for getting in and out) that sits in the SE corner of Torre 3000 so there is only a very limited view of the beach/pool area and there is some minor driveway/access noise. If you're solo or a couple, this unit is perfect and the owner, Maria, is wonderful. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place, great location

We stayed here for new years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Place was clean and any issues we had were quickly dealt with by Maria. She was very accommodating and super easy to deal with. We also enjoyed the fact that it was on the second floor, so no waits for teh elevator at all. We were a little concerned about noise being that low, but it was never a factor for use, very quiet! We would totally stay here again!

Charming and spacious condo on the ocean

I stayed here for 10 days and it was just great! I thought the Parisienne flat theme was so fun and Maria is an excellent decorator. The view is of the grounds which I actually liked because at night its lit up beautifully. The complex itself is awesome. There are many pools and hottubs and a large beach with lots of people watching. The restaurant is top-notch. Most of my favorite meals were right there and I'm a bonafide foodie. I would definitely stay again!
