The Penthouse apartment is located in Puerto Vallarta's best area, famous restaurants, clubs, a fashion mall "La Isla" and the BEACH just across from the building a public access. At night time, you can also find food trucks with Mexican food and international cuisine just downstairs the Penthouse. Great location. It was very hot snd humid when we were there so the steps were tough some days. The condo was a little run down. But has plenty of space. Art in condo was beautiful. Coffee pot didn’t work. No dishwasher but we didn’t cook much during our stay. Lots of bedrooms so no one had to share

Solid stay overall - good location and hands on staff

We were there for a bachelor party - 10 guys in our 30s. The place is in a good location in the hotel zone and had plenty of space with large indoor / outdoor common areas. We had a few issues with being unable to get in touch with someone for check in and mild maintenance and the maid service came in and started cleaning early each morning after we asked to hold off. Not necessarily a bad thing but a little less private than we had imagined. Overall a good stay at a good rate for a large group though

Great place but run down

We had a great time, my wife 3 kids and their two friends stayed here . The place is big and cool however it needs a lot of TLC , bathrooms and kitchen are in bad need of remodeling, it’s in overall in rough shape, if you’re looking for a big place but not concerned about being run down this is a fine choice, if you’re looking for things in good shape and more of a 5 star feel this isn’t your spot, also there is 6 flights of stairs to get to the unit, now I love working out so going up and down multiple times a day doesn’t bother me if you don’t enjoy stair climbing probably pass.. housecleaners were very nice people, they come daily.as a final thought, we had an amazing vacation and we were happy, we were there with our kids so perfect condition wasn’t a requirement however it is what it was

As Advertised.

Great property situated in a central area. Lots of space for 10 people. Outdoor eating area and pool are lovely. We didn't have any concerns re: safety. The property needs a little bit of maintenance, but the handyman is on site each morning to tend to concern's which is nice. Cleaning staff is lovely. We had expressed a desire to have cook prepare a daily breakfast each morning which unfortunately was not available. All in all a very good stay at this property.

PVR bad experience

Trying to spent a great Thanksgiving with family in PVR in this place was not successful. The Manager in charge by the name of Luis will not provide enough towels for all the guest advising us that we should be sharing them . Cold water was running on the showers and never was fixed. A guy send by Luis will pop up every morning without any warnings and start walking all over the property while staying. The last day we turned on the water fall and when that guy showed up we got scolded for having the water fall on. We got charge parking for a 3rd vehicle 10.00 a day. The property is nice but the people in charge of running it don't know how to treat guest. We were trying to make this place a Thanksgiving place to go with family but after the experience we will be looking for another one.

Great Penthouse - A few things to know

We stayed here for a few nights with a large group of men for a bachelor party. Overall, the unit has a great layout and a fantastic atmosphere. The unit does need a bit of maintenance throughout. Be mindful that there is a limit of 16 people and strict security at the front gate. The site managers are very sensitive to noise. We received a couple of requests to turn down the music but staff was very friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Would consider renting it again!

Perfect retreat location

We came to PV for a work/friend retreat. The house and pool were perfect for some Relaxing time together. We all had our own rooms and then loved the location - close to beaches and great restaurants and not far from the activities we planned. They picked up groceries for us but there is a market 5 minute walk away with everything you need. Very clean and security made it feel very safe.

From beginning to end it was a seamless trip. Ana the house manager was excellent with her organization and communication! Vicky and her son Hiro were spectacular chefs and housekeepers. All the meals were fabulous. The property is amazing. Your own private pool. Plenty of space to spread out. We had 11 people. Rooms were nice with their own bathroom! I’d definitely rent again.

Great stay for a bachelorette

Came here as a group of 15 for a bachelorette and it was an amazing experience! The villa is truly beautiful and well kept. The owner and property manager were great to work with and helped our group out with groceries ahead of time. Daily cleaning service was a nice touch too. Beautiful views and beautiful rooms. Every room had a bathroom!! A few things: 1. It’s up many flights of stairs, we had someone with a sprained ankle and it was hard on him. No elevators 2. The villa is in a resort so it’s safe which is nice however also there was expectations with noise level. We got a noise complaint once during the day because of our music. 3. Lots of construction outside the resort area which didn’t affect our stay but did cause a lot of traffic. Hopefully will be done soon. 4. Hot water in the master wasn’t working so that was annoying but we just showered in another room. If you’re planning on cooking or cleaning though get paper towels ahead of time as they do not provide any. Other than that it was a great vacation! Very flexible and accommodating and would recommend to everyone looking!

Heart of the city

The property is in a good central location of PV and makes this a good choice to navigate around town. The penthouse is perfect for a large group. A slight drawback is that it's up 6 flights of stairs. The daily maid service is a welcomed nice touch. The showers have weak water pressure but the location makes up for it. Thank you hosts!
