Great location! Stunning views. My upgrade status was not recognized. Also had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. There’s some construction, and you can hear plumbing and neighbors very clearly in units. But the rooftop is a blessing.

My only concern was being put in the room directly where the pool was being remodel across the street. Other than the noise, it was a great experience and the room was very tidy. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at.

My Husband and I had a wonder time at Pinnacle. The room was very comfortable had everything you needed, bed was comfortable. Felt like home. Washer/dryer was amazing to have. I didn’t want to leave . It’s beautiful . Loved the roof top pool. Everything is so close. Steps down to the center , coming back threw those steps was intense , it’s doable and it’s good for you. They also have a trolly . We used it once. All the staff was very helpful they were all great.. cleaning ppl, won’t go in your room if you leave things of value, like wallet, phones, watches jewelry. Be sure you put all that away. They have a safe. Loved our view , sunsets were amazing. Definitely will be back..

Power went out over night multiple times My niece was dehydrated and could not walk, the front desk charged us a whole other room without any kind of compromise all because the room CAN NOT have any visitors outside of 2 people sleep there? So unreasonable and rude customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will take my business else where GOOD LUCK TO THEM

This place is becoming a go-to for me
Second stay here; it's becoming a go-to for me. Modern, clean, well managed and great location. The funicular mostly solves the issue if being at the top of a hill, with so much to do right at the bottom of the ride down.
